Cottage, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)
Why Matthew Clark chose Asheville
We purchased this property from our neighbors in 2000. The views were quite inspiring! We considered a long-term rental but then realized we needed to do a gut-renovation. We started in late 2005 and finished the renovation in 2007.We have been renting the Suite as a short-term vacation rental ever since. Our home is also on the property but you will never see us unless you want to. We are usually "around" should you need any assistance. Your complete privacy, however, is assured.

Perfect weekend getaway for a couple in love
Everything was perfect from A to Z. Such a cozy amazing experience. The hosts were available and made everything perfect and comfortable and then some!
Fantastic experience! The place is just perfect and the views from the patio are gorgeous. We spent great two weeks hiking, sightseeing and hanging around Asheville. The place is run extremely well and is very comfortable. We are planning to be back!
Matthew was a wonderful host. Location was perfect. Home was beautiful and well equipped.
Beautiful and everything that is advertised is right on !
We had a really nice visit and appreciated the open communication and friendliness of the owners. The unit is very well stocked with pretty much everything you could need, which is not always the case with some rentals. We were able to cook and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains with the gorgeous view. Highly recommended!
Wow! There is so much to do and see in Asheville. You can find out everything that is going on in our alternative paper - The Mountain Express. It comes out on Wednesdays. It will list all the festivals, music, happenings, interesting new brew and restaurant news, etc. www.mountainx.com
www.romanticasheville.com is a great travel site. They have listings for restaurnats, hiking, festivals, etc. They also have a great beer page which will get you up to speed on the ever-changing brewing world.
