About Lisa Charest
Greetings! I grew up on Pass-a-Grille but I now live in downtown St. Petersburg with my daughter. I am an HR Manager in a manufacturing company in Tampa. I compete in triathlons (swimming, running and bicycling) and have completed 6 Ironman races. We have a dog (poodle) and two kittys and we try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in our area! For instance, the Dali museum, Ft De Soto Beach- rated 1 beach in the world, bicycling on our 80 mile bike path, and Stand Up Paddling. Our next adventure is to learn to kiteboard a popular activity in our area on windy days. I lived for awhile in NYC, CT (Fairfield County) and NY (Westchester County) during graduate school and for ten years I lived in the Northeast until I returned home to FL.
Lisa Charest purchased this Cottage in 1970
Why Lisa Charest chose Pass-a-grille
I love this beach house, & I love this apartment. I personally redid most of the place myself. We lived there for a while as it is such a wonderful area, however daily demands called me away from the beach so I chose to make life easier and move closer to my daughters' school. The beach house is within driving distance to my home, it's easy to get to from the airport and an easy day trip to adventures in downtown St Pete, Tampa or Orlando. The best part of this beach house though is the peace that it brings to those who live there, the shelling, walking on the beach or just listening to nature. I look forward to moving back in a few years but for now, I invite you to live in this beautiful setting and enjoy the comfort of Pass A Grille Beach. Even if you only stay for a week you will leave with sunsets on your mind and the horizon and open air in your heart. Enjoy!
What makes this Cottage unique
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a-Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.

Great little place close to the beach, with convenience to anything else we needed. The beach bikes to ride to the ice cream shoppe was icing on the cake! Quite a gem. Thank you, Lisa.
Nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Lisa was very helpful and sends lots of information about the area and things to do. Excellent place for two people and nice and clean!
We loved our stay at Seabreeze! The unit was very clean and well stocked and we loved the proximity to the amazing beach! We can’t wait to visit again. Thanks, Lisa!
Cute beach house
This was a nice little beach house. Very close to the beach and clean!
Perfect for a weekend getaway!
My husband and I spent 3 nights in the Seabreeze unit, perfect little spot for us to getaway for the weekend. The unit is clean and equipped with everything we needed. We really liked being able to use the bicycles to ride around town. It's super close to the beach, so you can even walk and save yourself the parking fees. We loved it. A nice quiet little spot not too close to all the major touristy craziness. Checking in/out was easy. Normal rules for house rentals. There are other units very close, so if you're a social butterfly like my husband you'll love it! We met some nice folks who were visiting from in/out of the country. I would definitely recommend this place.
Nice people and beautiful beach and cozy accommodations
Very nice and peaceful setting in the cozy atmosphere of the beach house. The beautiful white sandy beach was right outside and steps away. We saw beautiful sunsets every night and witnessed two beautiful beach weddings. We most definitely be back
I include two beach cruiser bikes made by Electa with this rental. Its a great way to travel the town!
