FREE HEATED Hot tub for 6 people, sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms (4th room is loft turned into bedroom with 2 Twin beds), 3 full baths, new spacious home at 2400 sq. ft., well equipped kitchen, kitchen counter dining for 4 w/barstools, breakfast nook dining for 4, separate formal dining for 6, family room with big screen TV, separate formal livingroom. Quiet, peaceful serene lifestyle.

We stayed here with our kids and mother-in-law and there was plenty of space for everyone with room to spread out and also have your own privacy. Free WiFi was a plus as well as having TVs in all the bedrooms. The location is an easy drive to the Las Vegas Strip with a Smiths grocery store and Walmart close by for shopping. There is a key pad code entry so it was nice not having to worry about keys. It is a very well kept clean house and definitely met our needs.
This home was clean, inviting, roomy and very nice. Just needed our suit case and whatever you needed for the fridge everything else was there. We are happy we chose this location.
Public park, local casinos SouthPoint, the M Resort, Silverton and Green Valley Casino.
