Our unit accommodates comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, 4 adults max and two kids. The king master suite with adjoining bath opens up to the private lanai providing gorgeous views the moment you awake, the den is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and private sliding doors off the living room, and the large sofa offers a pull-out mattress that sleeps two smaller individuals (kids). The private lanai is accessible from the dining room, living room, and master suite and offers spectacular horizon views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and the West Maui Mountains. It is hard to top dinner and drinks while enjoying a Maui sunset from the comfort of your private balcony! Recently we have done some sprucing up with new paint throughout, new carpet, window coverings and new furniture. The unit still has its original kitchen and bathrooms.
Equipped with central air conditioning and full-sized washer/dryer, hotel services including 24-hour front desk, guest charging privileges at select restaurants and golf courses, gym, spa, etc. this unit at this resort is like no other. Full service gym and spa, tennis courts, running trails, children activities, black bottom pool and recently renovated BBQ and pool deck are all available for private guest use only. We were invited to the Alii as guests, and within a week we had established great new friendships with not only fellow guests, but the staff as well. The resort is filled with the 'Aloha' spirit and everyone is welcomed with open arms. My family and I knew we would never find a better place to spend our family vacations.
Great condo right on the beach. Works really well for families with three separate sleeping arrangements and two bathrooms.
The unit was dated, not thoroughly clean, with poorly functioning sliding glass doors, lights, and TV. The location is great, but we would not recommend a unit that isn't adequately maintained.
Eight days in Maui!! The condo at kaanapali ali'i was amazing. Everything we needed, great pool, beautiful beach, walking distance to Starbucks, shopping, great restaurants, watersports and snorkeling. Regan was great so easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. The service onsite was wonderful, concierge and pool side service. Beach chairs provided and setup for us everyday. Thanks Regan the condo was exactly as described.

We really enjoyed our time at the Kaanapali Alii over the Christmas holiday. The condo was spacious, very comfortable for a family of four and has a lovely mountain view.The owner and the property manager were extremely helpful and attentive. The staff at the Kaanapali is first class which made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent a lot of time on the beach and at the pool. The outdoor cabana/grill area is spectacular. We cooked dinner four nights with the assistance of the grill master who was awesome! He told my husband about a local fish market where we purchased fish, provided tips on marinates and seasoning and was on hand every evening to assist with the grilling. We opted to eat at the cabana outside overlooking the ocean. It was wonderful as many other families were enjoying the same experience so it was a really fun atmosphere. Wendy, the activities coordinator helped us rent paddle boards and snorkeling equipment and gave us tips on several snorkeling spots not far from the Kaanapali. The owner recommended Kimmos Restaurant in Lahaina and Leilanis Restaurant in Kaanapali. We ate at both and they were excellent. The fish tacos at Leilanis are highly recommended. We also booked a Trilogy day trip to Lanai which was fabulous. We left from the docks in Lahaina at 10am and returned at 6pm. Certainly one of the highlights of the trip. The staff was so friendly, informative and the snorkeling and food was excellent. We also drove the road to Hana. Our suggestion is to leave early as we did not experience any traffic. It is an all day journey. We ate breakfast at a local waterside café in Hana and also visited the 7 sacred pools. We would definitely love to return to Kaanapali Alii. This is our second time staying there and we hope to return again for another fabulous vacation. We would not stay anywhere else.
My family had a great time at the Ali'i. The unit was comfortable and the complex was great. The location is second to none. We will be returning.
We loved staying at this condo for our family vacation. It was the perfect location- near Whalers Village and lots of restaurants. We used the grill and enjoyed having cooking advice from the Grill Chef on duty. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to all of my questions and emails. She also gave us great ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
You cannot beat the location, you never have to get in a car, unless you want to sight see. Many wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5 minute walk. This truly is paradise.

The rents are due in thirds unless within 45 days. 1/3 to book, 1/3 60 days out 1/3 final payment due at 45 days out.
My refund policy is 100% 60 days out, 1/3 returned if more than 45 days out, no refund after 45 days, unless I can rent out the unit. All cancellations under 45 days will be considered for refund due to the reason of the cancellation.
