Sitting on over 10,000 square foot lot is a newly landscaped front and back yard. Enjoy the warm sun all day with our southern exposure. The back patio surrounds the large salt water pool and spa with romantic evening lighting and a view of our wonderful mountains.
Inside the home you will enjoy an open floor plan with all new windows and sliding doors to bring the outside in.
Master bedroom fully furnished with all new king bed, 56” HDTV, private master bath has a spa tub and separate shower. We have kept the Palm Springs décor for your enjoyment.
Guest bedroom is large and private, almost a 2nd master suite, with large bathroom, shower, dual sinks.
Separate sun/TV room with 46' HDTV and stereo, perfect for morning coffee and a afternoon nap.
Office area is ready for work or a 3rd bedroom with a full sleeper. There is wireless internet, long distance phone, and fax. Down the hall is another bathroom with shower.
The fully remodeled kitchen has cherry cabinetry, all new stainless appliances, and fully equipped with a gourmet touch. Right off the kitchen is a large and separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The entire house has travertine flooring and new plush carpet in the bedrooms. Our home is fully appointed with top of the line everything, and provides you with private pool service, gardeners, housekeeping and more!!

Indian Wells is a wonderful and serene community. Peaceful, but centrally located to all our desert activities.
Mountain Views, back yard with pool and spa, sitting in the sun room early mornings, enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset, entertaining our friends and family....there are so many benefits at our home. It is quiet, restful, yet in 10 minutes you are shopping on El Paseo or golfing at the Indian Wells Country Club. We have tried to think of every amenity to make your stay comfortable.
We totally enjoyed our one month stay at this beautiful, stylish home. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfy and relaxing. The backyard and pool area are an absolute dream with lovely palms and glorious mountain views. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed many long walks. El Paseo with great shopping and many renowned restaurants is only 5 mins away. But you will also want to enjoy some meals poolside. The home and grounds are extremely well maintained and both the owners and the property manager are really great to deal with. We will most definitely rent this lovely home again.
We have stayed in other homes in Desert and they do not compare to this one. This home is located in a very quiet crescent. The backyard is beautiful, private and yes the hummingbirds and road-runners love it also! The home is bright, well furnished and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything required for all types of dining and with the barbecue you will find that you want to be enjoying meals at home or in the backyard. Make sure to use the fresh lemons from the tree for your salads, etc . The TV's are large and there is a PVR for taping while you are out enjoying the many activities. For us the Wireless Internet and the Long Distance Package were invaluable. The owners and house manager were wonderful to deal with and they take great pride in their home. The pictures describe the home accurately. If you have a car the trip to Temecula (wine country) offers beautiful views of the Valley and neighbouring countryside. Take the back road and not the I10 to enjoy this trip. Also, if you enjoy music the McCallum Theatre offers concerts and the Desert Symphony is excellent. A beautiful home, great golf, shopping and restaurants all close by make for a perfect, relaxing, get-a-way! We look forward to our return.
This was our second long stay vacation in this property and hopefully not our last.
The house is spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped.
Set in a cul de sac the location is very peaceful. Set well back from any main highway there is absolutely no traffic noise.
Outside the pool, spa and garden areas are very well maintained, with plenty of space to enjoy and if desired also to escape the sun.
The description and photographs accurately reflect the reality of the property.
The owners and the owners local representative are great to deal with. Very friendly,with quick responses to any questions.
Whilst positioned to deliver peace and quiet the house is also very close, a few minutes drive, from a wide choice of dining options and supermarkets as well as theatres and bars.
It is also well located to explore other local attractions: The Living Desert, The Joshua Tree National Park. The Salton Sea and the Palm Springs Canyons
For golfers its as near to heaven as you can get with many courses nearby.
We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family without any reservations at all.
Overall a great holiday location
This is a wonderful house for the Palm Springs feel. Very bright, well equipped and a back yard beyond expectations. Loved picking lemons off the tree in the back yard. The cozy T.V. area is great for relaxing and the open concept living area is ideal for entertaining. The Master bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and a huge T.V. Christy is always available and quick to respond to any needs or concerns. She is great to deal with. The location is also wonderful as you are in close proximity to just about everything and in a very nice neighbourhood. We have already booked and are returning next year.
Great home with a fantastic backyard pool. Views of the mountains and still very private.
Close to good restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We could live in this house !

outside music in the well maintained backyard.
