Of the homes we have owned, this is by far the most fascinating and enjoyable! The waterfront is very active, local sights and great restaurants are within walking distance. A quick drive and you are in the heart of Seattle visiting Pike Place Market, the Space Needle or shopping. I think you will find this is the perfect location for your Seattle vacation.

What makes this House unique
I am no scientist, but I have read that in environments with salt tinged sea air (like this Waterfront) an abundance of negative ions(electrically charged atoms) are found, which increases the brains serotonin levels, thereby giving an overall feeling of well being and energy. That's pretty great!

Nice property, very clean, well equipped and great location.
We had a great week over New Years, it’s a nice area to explore Seattle from. Ballard nearby it’s full of nice restaurants and shops.
I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay over New Years. It sounds like 2018 is off to a great start for you!
Great place to see Seattle.
The property is well maintained and updated. The views are outstanding of Salmon Bay and the cool train bridge next door. It is pretty centrally located which is also great.
The train draw bridge and track that is near by is really cool to watch. It is a bit loud and is used throughout the day/night so bring earplugs. Even with the added noise of the train, I'd still consider it a plus because it is really fascinating to watch the bridge movement and traffic go by.
I would stay here again in the future for sure.
Thank you for your five star review. It is always a happy day to host a group of delighted guests. Thank you for your nice remarks.
Spectacular home on the water so close to everything!
Couldn’t have been more perfect!
2nd stay at this charming place
Just got back this week after spending 4 nights at Gina's lovely condo.. It is such a special place. My daughter and I had good down time together. We enjoyed sitting early in front of the windows with coffee and then in the evening with a glass of wine. We took so many pictures of the sky, eagles, herons, ducks, seals and a kingfisher. Everything you could want for fixing meals Gina has provided. Never turned the TV on in the living room but we did love having music with the Alexa -Bluetooth speaker. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. We walked to Ballard, Discovery Park and took the bus downtown. You will not find a cleaner more inviting place then this. Hard to close the door and leave. We will be back:)
Thank you for your warm words and review. It is so rewarding when guests really enjoy their stay. Come again anytime, you are such lovely, delightful people.
Perfect jump off spot for all the best of Seattle!
Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to celebrate my 65th with kids( in their 30's😉 ). Plenty of space with amazing views inside and out. And so many great walks/hikes from the house!
Gina was very accommodating for a late check out so we could squeeze the most fun out of our last day. Thanx!!!!

This beautiful property was exactly what I expected after looking at the pictures, and reading others reviews. We were in Seattle celebrating my husbands 60th, and daughters 30th birthday's. So it was very important to me that I found the perfect home away from home to surprise them with, and enjoy the the amazing views of the pacific northwest. Gina had all details point on! Knowing it was special birthdays we were celebrating, she had left a whimsical birthday candle and chocolates with a nice card awaiting our arrival. Very thoughtful!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to host a feast for friends. We picked up fresh seafood a few blocks down the street for our celebration, and literally had everything we needed (except for the food ) provided. I felt as comfortable in Gina's place as if I were at home. We never wanted to leave the beautiful views of the water, boats, and wild life. We all cannot wait to come back, and plan to stay longer next time.
It was such a privilege to host your families birthday's surprise. I am so happy you found what you needed in the kitchen for your seafood feast. Thank you for being such wonderful guests. Do visit again soon.
