Located in the beautiful sea village condo complex (unit 3216). This condo over looks the pacific ocean with breathtaking views, & incredible sunsets from the comfort of your own lanai. A perfect place to sit back, relax, & enjoy every minute of your vacation.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has been completely renovated. It is a definite MUST SEE! Attention to detail has been made to every aspect of the design, and construction. The condo is very bright, with a lovely breeze that flows in from the ocean. It is impeccably maintained and extremely clean. The condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath ensuite with a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, with an accessible full bathroom. In addition, the living room has a queen size hid-a-bed, allowing up to 6 people to sleep. The condo is also very kid friendly. A pack'n play crib, high chair, and kid toys are available as well.

From the condo you can watch dolphins playing, whales migrating, and fish jumping. For those looking for more can swim & snorkel right off the rocks seen from the lanai.

The condo grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool & jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall, just feet from the ocean. The tennis court is well kept and easily accessible. The BBQ's and picnic tables are perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning sunsets while preparing your meals.

The condo is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the town of kona, 8 miles south of the airport, and close to many stunning beaches, and golf courses

We have been coming to Kona ever since 1989 to race in the Ironman Triathlon World Championships, and we just fell in love with it. We have returned 16 times since (12 times to participate in the ironman), and finally had the opportunity to purchase our dream condo in 2010. The area is so unique and beautiful, you will never want to leave.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo looks recently remodeled so everything is new and clean. It's well stocked and very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of downtown and the balcony overlooking the ocean can't be beat. We would stay here again.

Perfect and amazing condo

This condo is perfect. It has everything you need. Well located, perfect view, well decorated, Beds are comfortable. the lanai is marvelous, Dolphins to watch at breakfast, clear blue sea and wonderful sunset. We enjoyed it a lot and would come back any time. Owner was really easy to deal with. My deposit was refunded really quick. Beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas provided. The breeze of the ocean to keep you cool. I would strongly recommend this condo

The condo is new and well-equipped with facilities. It is clean and nice. The ocean is right outside the balcony.

The host Whitney is very experienced and nice. A couple of things impressed me:

1. Apart from bath room towel, there are lots of beach towel provided;

2. There is a notebook for guest to leave their experience on big island or comments to the host;

3. There is a very popular book HawaiiRevealed provided for guests. Even though we didn't really need it 'cause we have our own copy, it is very considerate;

4. Host response quickly, and I received my security deposit refund very soon after our trip.

5. Check in by using the lockbox is pretty popular for Airbnb users, and it is used here too. This avoids inconvenient check-in limits, which happened to us in Hilo. We have to arrive in Hilo before certain time in order to check in, and our schedule is much limited.

I wish we could spend more days here in Kona. On the road along the coast, there are lots of bars and restaurant, but we didn't have time to visit.

Hawaiian Paradise!

We loved everything about this condo!

The condo is very clean, very bright and very beautifully decorated. The owners did an amazing job. The condo has everything you could ever need when on vacation - towels, boogie boards, snorkelling gear, beach chairs and coolers. We ate all our meals on the lanai and watch the sunset every night…just breathtaking. The ocean views and listening to the waves crash all day is so nice and relaxing. This condo has a great location, pool and BBQ area. I cannot say one bad thing about this condo! I highly recommend this piece of paradise on the Big island. I know our family will be back.

The Perfect Condo in the Perfect Location.

Our family, including my wife and I and 3 adult children stayed comfortably for 1 week in this beautiful condo on the ocean. We enjoyed watching the sun settle below the horizon each night and fell asleep to the sound of the surf on the rocks below. One thing we loved about this condo was its privacy; it was just us and the ocean. When we weren't relaxing on the lanai our days were spent mostly at beaches, (Hapoona Beach, Kua Bay in Kekaha Kai State Park and Makalawena Beach), north of Kona and snorkelling and kayaking at Captain Cook Monument and 2-step south of town so the condo was perfectly situated between both. Towels, Boogie boards and snorkel gear were also supplied. It's also a good location to start from if you are crossing to the Hilo side of the island as highway 190 connects from Kona to the saddle road nicely.

One of our morning activities was an easy 15-20 minute walk into Kona to the Lava Java restaurant for breakfast and coffee. There are lots of other shops in the area as well.

The condo was well supplied with all the necessities we needed for cooking our dinners each night and we were often interrupted from our cooking tasks by one of the family telling us to look to the water to see dolphins and whales. We all really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Best of the Sea Village condos....

My stepson was getting married in Kona. Several different condos at Sea Village were rented by various family members. This was without a doubt my very favorite – bright and beautiful colours. The owners did a tasteful job of renovating it and we enjoyed it very much. The colours are lovely. You are not going to do any better for the price point. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very practical kitchen for one to cook in and the lanai - all you need.

I took my daughter to Maui 20 years ago and the memory from that was the smell of the flowers. My memory from this trip will not be a smell but a sound – the sound of the waves breaking over the rocks in front of this condo. The gentle but persistent sound of water is good for the soul.Every morning started with a book, a smoothie and Kona coffee after an early walk/run. It was just super.
