The apartment altogether is enjoyable to wake up, relax, eat, and sleep in. It is nice and cheerful, clean, new, fresh, and will contribute plenty of happiness and wonderful memories to your holiday in New York City!
This place is a gem in NYC. Located on a great, safe street in a good Queens location, with subway a 2-minute walk away and direct service to Manhattan. The apartment was even better than the photos! It was spotless, quiet, and felt welcoming right away. Jason, the owner, was amazingly accommodating and very accessible. I highly recommend this place, and it will definitely be the first place I (we) check out on our next visit to NYC. Thank you!
An awesome place! Minutes from subway. Very clean and cozy. Bed is EXTRA comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Owners very helpful and responded to text very quickly!! We walked late night and never felt unsafe. Plenty of places to eat close by. We will definitely be staying again, when we return!!!
Everything was pretty much exactly like the pictures. Nice little apartment and worked perfectly for a short trip to the city! Very happy with the location also. Felt safe and right around the corner from a subway station. Great hosts as well! Very helpful!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were very nice and we had everything we needed. My only caution would be if you are traveling with an older person there is a very steep set of stairs going down to the apt. My sister had a difficult time with it. Of course that wouldn't apply in many cases!
We left the husbands and kids at home and headed to experience New York City for the first time:) We were so happy that we decided to stay in this apartment. It is so cute from the outside, clean on the inside and is in a perfect location. The subway stop is around the corner and we could be in Times Square within 20 minutes from leaving the apartment. Just past the subway stop was a cute little market where we were able to purchase food for breakfast and snacks for when we got home in the evening and a drug store to purchase any non-food items that we had forgotten. Around the block the other way the most wonderful bagel and coffee shop...recommended by Jessica and Jason. We felt very safe both in the apartment and on the streets in the neighborhood. The bed was very comfy and the extra mattress was super comfortable as well...we all slept well after our daily adventures. We loved feeling like we were having a true New York experience and coming home to the apartment each night.
There is everything you need in this apartment. Its very clean. So many shops on your doorstep. We used the laundry which was very cheap. Subway few minutes away. Only took 10 minutes to get to manhatten. 7day ticket was only 30 dollars. Well worth it. Lots of nice places to eat and clothes shops. I'd recommend this apartment. It was perfect and the area was buzzing.
We stayed for a week in the apartment. We wanted to explore Manhatten and do all of the normal touristy things. We soon found we had hit on the ideal location as :1)we were three minutes away from a subway which could swiftly take us anywhere in Manhatten and unlimited travel for a week for around 30 dollars 2)Queens has many different excellent restaurants most of which will deliver if you wish and 3) We could shop at An organic food market just 5 minutes walk away which sells just great food.
The apartment is not top end but is excellent value for money and benefits from a well equipped large kitchen , a large table, an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. Jessica and Jason made us feel very comfortable and were always able to help when asked.
