You'll notice immediately why most renters have described this condo as 'BETTER than SKI-IN-SKI-OUT'!!! Leave your car in the HEATED garage...it's an EASY, short walk (even in your ski boots!) to the PEAK 9 SuperChair, Downtown Breckenridge or Breck Brewery. PEAK 9 has ski instruction for the little ones and offers everything from super-easy Green slopes to mid-level Blue terrain. Just to the south is PEAK 10 where you'll find the Black and Double Blacks...Pick your poison! The Ice Rink is within walking distance as well.
In the summer...hike, mountain bike, road bike, fly-fish, or simply walk to downtown shops...right from the condo! Head over to mid-mountain and ride the Alpine Slide or take the lift up with bike in tow for a downhill adventure!
The pictures are accurate...we recently completed an interior re-model w/ knotty alder kitchen/bath cabinets, trim & doors, granite counters, fresh paint, and plenty of storage. We want you to enjoy our mountain home as much as we do. Winter or Summer, you won't be disappointed with this condo!

We got tired of fighting the I-70 traffic after a long day of skiing! With this condo, we can come home on Monday morning instead! This condo is in the PERFECT location for enjoying everything Breck has to offer. I really don't think there is a better location in Breckenridge!
Although Breck is only 1.5 hours from our home in Denver, you are completely surrounded by the mountains, secluded in a little town that has tons of history and everything you'd need to relax (or not relax if you prefer to challenge the mountains!).
I almost don't want to tell how I really feel; I am afraid it will not be available. It is absolutely too perfect a location for Breck. Close to everything yet very quite. The walk to the lift is a couple minutes and when you stop at the lake/blue river crossing bridge you to can watch the trout swim right under you feet. It is also right next to the pool and hot tubs, but you can't hear any noise, and just minutes form all the dining options you want. If you stop at City Market at the beginning of your stay, your car would not even need to leave the heated garage. I am a chef by hobby, not by profession, and the kitchen has absolutely every thing you would need to accommodate your cooking needs, regardless of the menu.
If I were to get really greedy about my accommodations there were two aspects that I would mention as not being ideal. The walk-in master shower has the entrance door an water-on handle on opposites sides, so to is pretty awkward trying to turn the shower on will out getting wet. The second would be the lack of direct sun light. I really enjoy sun light shining through a window, especially in the winter/spring, and although the condo has ample windows, it does or at least didn't during our stay get much direct natural light. However the condo is exceedingly well lit with overhead track lightening.
A tremendously fun and comfortable stay in the Breckenridge area!!!!
The property was amazing with all of the amenities you would want for a ski place.
Our family and friends enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to the lifts and Charter sports is amazing.
If you want a place to relax and take a day off from the slopes, the leather couches are amazing, as well as the library of movies that are available!!
the accommodations and customer service were awesome. began planning this trip a year ago. paul & heath were very responsive and very accessible to address all questions, as well as to coordinate our stay. the condo was great, accommodating 4 adults comfortably. very convenient location..7 minute walk to Chair 9 lift, 5 minute walk to Charter sports rental, 10 minute walk into town. even better, we were able to leave our ski's/poles/boots at Charter at the end of each day and pick them up in the morning to get back on the mountain - so convenient! the condo was a pleasant surprise - it was updated, nice kitchen, bathrooms, small balcony w/grill, living room, dinning room and plenty of space for 4 of us to relax and enjoy a week of skiing!!!! NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever.....we will be back.
This property is very well maintained, and really well stocked. All kitchenware is excellent, and the owners even stock all key staples. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded, and are in great shape. Furniture is comfortable and in very good condition. And the heated underground garage is a plus.
We also highly recommend this location. It is a short and direct walk to the Quicksilver lift - we have stayed in several different properties in this neighborhood and this unit is, in our opinion, the most convenient - close to the hot tubs and direct walk to the lift. The other advantage of this neighborhood is it is extremely convenient walk to town. Once there you don't need to use the car.
Finally, owners Paul and Heath are highly responsive and very helpful. Overall we highly recommend this condo.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 210 Columbine. It was clean, well stocked, very comfortable and spacious. It is also within easy walking distance of the slopes (Quicksilver Chair Lift) and to the center of Breckenridge. We made good use of the updated kitchen and appreciated the scenic location. With the heavy snow this winter, the basement parking was a special benefit. The owners were very accommodating and provided helpful tips to make our vacation more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
Spent a week at this condo with husband and 3 grown sons. Great location within walking distance to Quicksilver Chairlift, the hot tub and also downtown Breckenridge. Underground parking was a bonus due to amount of snow and that made location even better as we didn't need to drive into town to enjoy dinner, shopping, Breck Brewery+++.
Loved having a working grill on the deck; spacious area to hang/dry skis/boards/ski clothes right at the entrance area. Bathrooms are beautifully remodeled.
Suggest you bring your own towels for hot tub or pool.
Best for 4-5 persons.
Owners are very responsive to any needs. Highly recommend this property.
