Calendar is NOT updated as availability changes on a daily basis. Spend any available week in 2018 at the beautiful Westin Ka’anapali North, OCEAN-FRONT Villa 5-star Resort. This is the newest resort, which just opened July ’07. We are renting our Studio unit (sleeps 4) or, our 1-bedroom (also sleeps 4) with more room and privacy. If you would like both together, with the option of closing off a door as needed between them, we will rent both together (to make a 2-bedroom lockoff). We own several weeks and can book up to 12 months out to guarantee your stay for any date (except weeks 51 & 52).
There are several advantages to the North property, the biggest advantage is that NONE of the units face out towards the busy street!! All of the “island view” units face towards the inner courtyard with the lush gardens and koi-pond, and many of these units even have Ocean Views (though not guaranteed). This property is not as busy/congested as the South property, but you do have access to the South property for the water-slide and all its amenities. There is also a quiet Ocean-Front bar/dining area (Perfect for the most beautiful sunsets!!), fabulous pools and Jacuzzis, and a kids “Pirate ship” pool on one side (away from the adults pool). The pristine beach (perfect for snorkeling) is only steps away, regardless of where your room is located. There is also a FREE shuttle which runs to the Sheraton and Westin Hotels, Whaler’s Village, Lahaina, and back to the Westin Villas. Free self-parking. Free mid-week maid service & additional maid service available. On-site restaurants, several pools and Jacuzzis, fitness center, business center, and concierge service.
This is an oceanfront resort, however the room classification is “island view”. In the North property there are NO units that look at the parking lot like some island view units do at the South property. Because we are Platinum owners, our guests are often upgraded (based on availability) to either a larger unit (studio to 1-BR) and/or an ocean view unit.
You are NOT required to attend a timeshare presentation. Westin charges a minimum of $389/nt (studio) and $549/nt (1-bedroom) + approx 15% tax. Renting the 2-bedroom lockoff would cost OVER $7,400 for the week from Westin!!

We got home late on a Sunday night...boo! We had a great time and the Westin Villas was perfect for my wife and I. We got upgraded to an ocean view (5th floor, building 8) and the studio was more than enough room for us. Thanks again. The resort was beautiful and the service was very good. We enjoyed our time in Maui a ton! Thanks again for sharing your week with us, as we had an incredible time. The whales were out of control by the way and the lanai provided a perfect vantage points for the morning and evening "breaches". We may want to return sooner than later!

Again, we had a wonderful experience at the Westin Villas North. We are making this an annual event renting from Ron a 2 bedroom/2 bath lock off unit. I can't say anything negative about this property or it's owner. Everything was perfect. The only problem we encountered was trying to fit our mini van into most of the parking spaces. They really need to make them bigger. However, as far as the units and the property as a whole - it's fantastic. Even got my 5 year old grandson, who used to dislike the sand and ocean, to go snorkeling. Now he loves all of it. See you next year.
This is our second time booking through Ron, the owner of the Westin Villas in Maui. We have no interest in booking through another owner because of the excellent communication & service we've always received from Ron. He always is helpful in booking our reservation, flexible with his days and always helpful with special arrangements (crib, highchair, etc...) We will continue to book through this owner as long as we are vacationing in Maui! Mahalo Ron!
Multiple swimming pools. Beatuiful beach right outside our condo. Unit and grounds are gorgeous. Westin's heavenly bed is the BEST!!

From the very first correspondence with Ron, we knew this was the owner we wanted to deal with for our families vacation to Maui. Though my husband and I had been there before we were now travelling with a 9 year old and a then, 7 month old baby for the first time. Ron answered all of our questions regarding the amenities the resort offered for our baby as well as answered any questions we had with ease and with a smile :) His suggestions to us for our arrival were welcomed and came in very handy at the time.I I recommend dealing with this owner & our family will be booking with him again in the very near future for our next trip to Maui in 2014. Our stay at the Westin Villas was wonderful. We were there for our wedding and had our 15 month old son with us so naturally we required a lot of baby items. We were provided with a high chair and a crib which were already in our room on check in. Because we arrived on a late night flight I was able to place a grocery order ahead of time as naturally we needed things for first thing in the morning with a young child. The groceries were to have been delivered prior to our check in but were not there when we arrived. I called first thing in the morning and they were brought up right away so a 20 minute wait was no problem for us. The property is beautifully kept and the pools weren't crowded at all. Excellent location within walking distance to the Times grocery store and about a 20 minute walk to Whaler's Village for shopping and many restaurants. On the way stop by the Castaway Cafe for a quick cocktail! Our time share owner was wonderful to deal with and would definitely choose this property and owner to book through again!
