Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV/DVD. There is a 55 inch HDTV in the family room with a DVD player and PS2 game system. There are even about 20 PS2 games (with extra controllers) for kids of all ages! The game room in the garage includes a full-sized professional pool table, a wall mounted TV, and a wooden train set for our younger vacationers! The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances, and is truly equipped with everything you need or want to fix a quick snack or a large meal for the entire family.

My family and I were very excited to book what we thought would be a wonderful home based on the pictures and number of wonderful reviews. To begin, I will say that we never dealt with the owner (like previous reviewers had); only the management company which maybe I should have considered an omen of things to come. I asked several questions of the management company before booking the property such as, "How current are the pictures?", "How recently was the carpet cleaned?", etc. I was concerned because we were going to stay for more than a week with two small children and cleanliness was very important to me. We were assured that it was in pristine condition by the management company. Upon arrival, we were really disappointed. The floors appeared to have not been vaccumed, there was trash left on the nightstand one of the bedrooms, and there was food crusted on some on the silverware. After several phone calls, I finally reached the management company. To their credit, they did send someone right away to clean the house again but the inconvenience forced us to out to dinner which we had not planned and my children were forced to get in bed much later than expected. When we arrived back, the problems had been remedied but we were also disappointed to find that there were tears in the bedding in the Winnie the Pooh room, the sheet sets and towel sets were mismatched and while they were clearly laundered, they had stains and appeared dingy. There are stains on the carpet and the furniture in the family room is showing signs of wear. Never once after our initial negative experience with the property did the management company call to check on us. You can tell that the home itself was once very beautiful and the owners put much thought into very tasteful decorating. I'm not sure what happened from the time of the last wonderful review until our stay, but we were very sad that it wasn't as we expected.
My family (9 in all) stayed at your beautiful home during Christmas 2010. We tried to figure out how to have a Christmas tree at the house so it would feel more like Christmas. Being from Tennessee, it was going to feel a bit different being in Florida for Christmas. We were so pleasantly surprised to arrive at the house and find a Christmas tree already there and decorated! My mother was thrilled! The layout of the house was perfect for us. My sister, brother-in-law and their 3 year old had the entire upstairs to themselves, while the rest of us split the downstairs. Having 5 bedrooms and 5 baths made getting ready for our day at the parks so much easier. Too bad we didn't get to use the pool because it looked very nice. We had to pick our dates to visit Orlando when they were having records lows! Oh well, we still had a very nice time. It's wonderful to work with the owners to make our stay enjoyable. I have already told several friends about this house, and I would definitely stay there again. Very clean. Extremely close to the parks. Thanks again for making our Christmas such a memorable one.
I absolutely cannot say enough about the Quinn's and Pooh's Palace! The was our second stay in two years and we will be returning. The booking and payment process was very easy, and Deanna Quinn was very accomodating. The home itself is beautiful with everything a family could need while on vacation, from strollers, playpens, a high chair, extra booster seat for the car, toys/movies/games for the kids, plus all the household needs and extra's. The only things you need to bring are your family, your clothing and food. They even provide a start-up supply of hand-soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The extra special advantages of this house are that you can see some fireworks from the pool at night, the screened pool has a privacy covering around the bottom, there's a bbq for your use, a printer for printing park tickets, coupons and bording passes, the house is diectly across from a playground/field where we often play frisbee, and there is a safety fence around the pool for families with young children. I haven't even mentioned how beautiful the house is! We've rented other vacation homes before in the area and Windsor Hills included and have never had a better experience than with the Quinn's Pooh's Palace. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Deanna~ Our family enjoyed our stay in Pooh's Palace. Your home exceeded all our expectations! The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the hot tub felt great after a long day in the parks. We will definately be back!
Deanna, everything was wonderful!!! Everyone loved the house. It worked so well. With six adults and five kids we had tons of room. When we arrived we all marveled at the beauty and layout of the house. The location was fantastic. Y'all thought of everything. The strollers were great with 5 little ones. We will most likely re-book in the next 2 years. Thanks again for making our vacation magical and wonderful!!!
