About Robin Main
My family moved to the Silver Valley in 1954, and I attended schools in Osburn, Pinehurst and Kellogg. I have happy memories of summer days on my bicycle by the North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River and my first skiing experience was at Lookout Pass. I now reside in Coeur d'Alene but I am still a 'Silver Valley' girl at heart.
Robin Main purchased this Cabin in 2008
Why Robin Main chose Pinehurst
My father built this home in 1963 and I couldn't imagine not keeping it in the family. It has become our cozy retreat to get us closer to the woods, the dirt bike trails and fly fishing and I love spending time here with my family and even though it's all new inside, it still feels like home to us.
What makes this Cabin unique
The best part of the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is south at the Pinecreek Trail Head, about a mile from the lodge. Our location is convenient for us because it's only 30 miles from Coeur d'Alene and it provides our guests with additional opportunities for fun and adventure at Lake Coeur d'Alene and Silverwood Theme Park. Then, only minutes east is my favorite huckleberry picking spot and the historic mining community of Wallace for our guests to explore.

Perfect, comfortable, updated cabin!
We loved this cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for. Totally updated and decorated with a cabin feel. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Owners were very responsive, thanks for a great stay!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay for our honeymoon here. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Short driving to many activities on the Idaho/Montana line.
Terrific overnight for bike ride
Three of us women stayed two nights during our trip on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene. Marvelous, clean accommodations with locked garage for bikes and cooking facilities and wonderful shower. Will stay there again on another trip and highly recommend to others. It's a mile from edge of town and 1 1/2 miles from the actual trail.
This is one of the nicest, cleanest places we have stayed in through VRBO. The A Frame house was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. The weather was really hot when we were there; but, the house stayed very cool. It is a great location for riding the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and we were able to store our bikes in the garage. We definitely will return.
Beautiful house easily fit our four people.
Very nice property. Quiet and clean, stylish and modern bust with character. Location was great off for regional access. Easy to get to but felt secluded.
Picturesque cabin in the perfect location!
Everything you could ever need or want in a cabin. Very beautiful! The town was cute and neighbors friendly. We went to the nearby Snake Pit for dinner and had a wonderful meal. We were centrally located for the activities we had planned: Silverwood Amusement Park, Buck Knives Factory tour and the Hiawatha Trail. Made some memories there that we will never forget!
West Shoshone County Park is about 3/4 mile from the cabin at 609 N Division. This spacious park features tennis courts, horseshoe pits, baseball diamond, volleyball net, playground and nice restrooms. There are two covered kitchens with grills and sinks and nicely finished picnic tables for small or large groups. Reservations are required for the kitchens: 208-753-5475

Owner reserves the right to cancel guest reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or other distress making the property unrentable. In this circumstance, any rental monies paid will be refunded 100%. VRBO/HomeAway has begun charging a "Service Fee" over which I have no control and from which I do not benefit.
