I recently relocated here from Iowa- I had no idea where to stay short term- I clearly made the best choice! Art and Alice have a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo with one of the best views on the property!! I arrived on a Sunday and the condo watcher had the unit immaculate and ready for my impromptu arrival! It is wonderfully equipped with more than enough dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The condo is updated and simply beautiful! It is conveniently close to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The complex is gated and amenities and grounds are very well up kept. I had a fantastic experience- you will too!!
We can't believe how fantastic this place is, but it is ! The apartment have everything you need, it's beautiful decorated, and so perfect in every way. The surroundings are like paradise, green and full of life. The pool area is a must experience thing. We have been in Ft. Myers before, but staying in Heritage Pointe in this apartment made the vacation even more perfect. And the owner.....he is so great, he is really a safe choice to make if you want to rent. He replies fast, gives you all the answers you need, helps you fast if there is anything that you need help with, and is all over really nice to communicate with. I will, with no doubt recommend this apartment to all my friends and family with all my heart. I feel that you can't get anything better than this lovely apartment and surroundings. Heritage Pointe is our new paradise. We stayed for nine weeks and didn't want to go back home. Thank you Alice & Art for renting out your paradise.

We stayed the whole month of January and enjoyed the condo and the area. I would stay again.
We stayed from May 3 to May 26 2013 and as soon as we opened the door we knew we were going to have a great stay, The condo was beautiful and well laid out, we spent a lot of time on the lanai at night watching the alligator in the lake. All our needs were taken care off by the help of the condo watcher,

Our stay here for the month of March was wonderful. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and more. The complex was beautiful, the staff very accomidating and helpful. So many choices for activities and socializing. Met a lot of very nice people and had a relaxing time. Highly recommend a stay here.

2 1/2% extra for credit card use.The condominium association requires the following, a charge of $100.00 to process the application, A charge of $50.00 each person for a criminal back ground check, .They require this with the lease application,so I will add it to the contract and I will pay it when I mail your lease in to them.Returning renters will be able to stay 3 years on one application.Returning renters will have no damage fee added.
