Truly a beautiful home with a nice layout and ensuite bedrooms are great.

The little things, like terrible toilet paper, coffee maker that overflows and a GFI outlet that seemed to shutoff intermittently, were not that much of an inconvenience. Thank to the owners!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review and bringing to my attention regarding some of your concerns. We typically stock the unit with quilted northern toilet tissues, unless it ran out and the cleaning crew may have stocked with a cheaper version. We bought that coffee maker couple months ago and sometime if the filter not properly place inside that might cause it to overflow. This is from our experience. As for the tripping of circuit breaker usually occur when several electrical appliances or other things are used. Unfortunately, the whole complex will probably need to be updated by the association to get it fixed. Again, thank you for using our condo.

Great location to ski resorts plus a fantastic view.

  • 4 of 5

Positives included good space, outstanding view, well decorated, and had a wood burning fireplace. Negatives include fan in bathroom and dishwasher dispenser didn't work. Neutral included needed to buy firewood to make a fire rather than a supply on the balcony.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review and renting our condo. We were just at the condo last week. If the knob of the dishwasher was not completely off, then the soap dispenser won't work. The fan in the bathroom doesn't blow out the air, just circulate the air inside the bathroom and I was not able to find a replacement, therefore, I disconnected. Unfortunately, when the condo was built, they didn't install a vent from the bathroom to go outside. As for the firewood, we used to supply them, but it got too expensive b/c sometime people would go through several bundles in a day.

Clean and cozy

  • 5 of 5

This property was great! It was cozy but still plenty of space with the two bedrooms. The complex is older but the condo was much nicer than the photos showed. The pictures did not do it justice. It is not fancy but well stocked and everything worked well. We loved our time in the mountains and would rent this place again!

Great views, great value!

  • 5 of 5

My partner and I lived in Bon's condo for the entire month of Jan 2017. We absolutely loved our stay, and would wholeheartedly recommend it (even with the couple caveats noted below.) It's a wonderful value!

The condo is very spacious for two people, and plenty big enough for four good friends. The view is MUCH better than what's shown in the pictures, with magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. In fact, everything is well-stocked -- sheets, towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. The wood fireplace is wonderful. The clubhouse is steps away, with hot tub and pool. You're 20-30 minutes from Copper Mtn, depending on road conditions.

Some things I wish I'd known before I booked:

--No HD channels on the TV. (Not a huge deal; just pointing it out.)

--The covered parking slip is very, very tight. There's really no way to accommodate a full-size pickup truck (F-150) if the neighbor spot is occupied. It's just too narrow to squeeze into. Fortunately, there's plenty of available uncovered parking.

--By far the biggest detriment to this otherwise awesome condo is that it's located on the second floor, which means it's very noisy when people are in the third floor unit above. If you're not accustomed to living in an apartment-type setting -- be aware that you can hear every movement of the people above you.

Thanks so much Bon for sharing your lovely place with us! I know your guests will enjoy it as much as we did.

Owner's Response: Than Renee for the review and I totally agree regarding the covered parking. It's a bit tight when there's several big SUVs parking next to the stall. As for the HD tv, unfortunately, our cable/internet service provider is part of the association and we can't get HD picture. Glad you had a great time and thank you for using our condo and come back again.

Clean, spacious, an awesome views mountain condo!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property for a weekend in December. It is a great condo space that I would highly recommend! The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for ourselves and another couple staying up for a weekend of skiing and to attend a wedding in Silverthorne. The location is about 3 miles up from downtown Silverthorne so you get amazing views! We had a snowstorm hit over the weekend and it was still easy to drive up/down the main road as it was powed and cleared. It is about 10 miles from Keystone, which was perfect to access skiing. The kitchen had all the essentials you would need if you wanted to cook in. Updated bathrooms and free wifi were a perk as well. Overall, a lovely spacious mountain condo that was clean, comfortable, and cozy! Did not use the clubhouse, but it was located just outside the building, so very convenient.
