Shores of Panama Unit 1416, 14th floor with full balcony, straight on view of the beautiful beach and water with reserved parking.

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT? It is one of the NICEST units in Shores of Panama. It has been professionally decorated with beautiful furniture and beautiful colors. Why stay in a condo with white walls and bland furniture?

Elevator is only a few feet away from the entry to the room.

Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking when you are in a hurry.

Our master bedroom has a large king size bed with upgraded mattress that is very comfortable. Read our reviews to see what others have said about it.

Our living room sofa has a queen pull out with an upgraded mattress pad for it. We also have a large LR chair with a single pull out. This is an Interior Designer's personal condo furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!! January 2012 BRAND new floors.

Our one bedroom with bunk room is located on the 14th floor.

Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home. The Shores of Panama has fun children's activities, dive-in movies etc.

The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool, workout room, and rentable banquet space for large groups.

Absolutely the BEST!!! Come see us soon, we take great pride in our unit and stay in it often!!!

We fell in love with Shores of Panama Resort the minute we saw it and we are sure you will too! What's not to love about the huge resort style pool, tiki bars, live entertainment and kids activities!

It is absolutely the best location on the beach. This condo offers gorgeous and unobstructed views of white sand beach and the glittering Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Sit on the couch and gaze at beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear blue water. Enjoy a leisurely meal on the 30 foot long double balcony or just sit and take in the breathtaking view. The interior is beautifully decorated and will make you feel right at home. This 14th floor condo offers everything you will need to make your vacation perfect. Located conveniently close to elevators (perfect when carrying beach equipment, groceries etc.) Too many extras to mention here...

What makes this condo unique

The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Condo is within walking distance of Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Wonderworks, family and fine dining restaurants, bars , Walmart and other shopping. Only minutes from miniature golf, GoKarts, water parks, scooter rentals and Pier Park.

Elegant, well furnished, spectacular view and perfect host/owner

I rented this condo unseen for January and February 2017 after exploring the Internet quite a lot, reading reviews and then calling the owner Chris. Immediately I felt comfortable, but asked the obvious questions, main one being "is it as pictured"? I found it is 'as pictured' and better. The condo is elegant, clean and has everything needed except grocery items; Walmart is walking distance as well as many good restaurants. Garage Parking and the elevator are convenient to this unit. I was in several other units and none were better furnished. The very large balcony overlooks a gorgeous courtyard with a huge lagoon pool, hot tub, palm trees and lush foliage, beyond that you have a full straight out view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunrise and Sunset's are the best I've seen. Beach walking doesn't get any better. Included is an indoor pool and hot tub where many people meet for water exercise to talk and plan the day of leisure. This is a fabulous place to stay for a few days or two months. The owner takes pride and great care of this condo. He is professional and attentive to all questions and concerns. Thank you Chris for allowing us to use your beautiful property for two months.

The condo itself was beautiful. Great view of the pool and beach.

Really liked the location of the resort, it was close to everything. The pool is nice and big with a decent amount of chairs. Only downfall is the morning and afternoon sun gets blocked by the building. Pretty unimpressed with the gym and spa that is talked about, especially for how much you pay to stay there. If you go around spring break, be prepared for lots of traffic, and drunk college kids. Beside all the negatives, Chris was very helpful and had a beautiful place. The parking spot was a nice perk. Would definitely recommend to any to stay here!

Clean, nice, great host! Recommended.

The condo is exactly as pictured (very nice!). It is quite clean, well decorated, and everything functioned as expected. The owner was very responsive, fun to work with, and was fast and professional. If the property meets your needs (size and location) and type of facility (high rise resort), don't hesitate. The bunk room is small, but was perfect for our two kids. The only other thing to note is that access to the very nice pools are controlled by the resort, and you (at least for now) do need to purchase that access (wristbands, for each day for up to 7 people they are about $15 total). This was clearly explained by the owner to us during the booking process, and was fully expected. The combination of very nicely decorated space, large balcony, reserved parking spot near elevators, nice pools, beautiful beach, good location, and a great owner make this a great option for your next beach stay in Panama City!

The best!

My husband and I just spent a week in PCB in Chris' condo and had the best time. The condo itself was amazing...clean, stocked with necessities, and very roomy. Chris and Melissa are so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!

The Shores of Panama Resort itself is a pretty popular place therefore it was busy and noisy at times, but it didn't bother us at all.

Winter getaway

I just spent a month in Chris' condo. It was absolutely wonderful; it felt like home the moment I walked in. The location was perfect and the condo furnishings were wonderful. We had only a very small issue and it was corrected immediately. Chris is wonder to work with. I will definitely be staying here again, and I am so glad I chose this condo. I would recommend this condo to all my family and friends.
