We are retired and live in Sedona. After 26 years in the Air Force and living around the world we decided this is the ideal year-round location. The scenery is gorgeous so each day we get up and say 'another day in paradise!' We hope you will enjoy staying here too. I got adventurous and took advantage of the zip line at Out of Africa park this year. Great fun.

Sedona has a small town atmosphere, friendly people and beautiful scenery. We vacationed here and decided we wanted to live here. We have been here for 24 years.
We have stayed in this unit all different times of the year and always found plenty to do and see. It's just the ideal vacation location. Arizona is a very casual, friendly atmosphere so you will feel right at home.
We stayed 3 nights with our grown up daughters and their husbands. The resort was wonderful. It is a beautiful place to stay and was perfect for our family. We loved the resort facilities such as the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the pools, the steam room, ping pong, racquet ball....It was more than we had expected and we would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others. It was also so convenient as you could easily walk into town for coffee, or to shop or to eat. Excellent!

My wife and I stayed here Feb 2016 and it was above normal temps but still cool at night. The villa looked very nice but the flag pole outside the bedroom window rang all night from the wind and clips hitting the pole kept us up, the furnance went out so we had to use the oven to warm up until they brought portable ele heaters in the morning and the gas fire places where out of order so it was chilly and no reduction in amount paid. We where not told we had no fireplaces but still no reduction in price.
My girlfriend and I live in the city. However we love the outdoors. Whenever we get tired of all the city noise and stress we always travel outside of the city. We have found our new home away from home. The villa we stayed at was remarkably beautiful. It had all the amenity of my home but with out the stress. The staff treated us with fast service and was very respectful. They were there to help us with all of our needs. With the fully equipped kitchens, the private pools/jacuzzi, and balcony. The attractions close by and nature surrounding the villas are just stunning. This is a all around five star for my girlfriend and I. We will be back very soon.
I grew up visiting Arroyo Roble when visiting my grandparents. When I stayed at the resort with my dad, it was beyond what I had expected. Everything is very clean and well kept throughout the stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The jet tub is more then relaxing if your day is filled with adventure or your just trying to relax in general. If you're looking for something to do with the family they have the indoor & outdoor pools and jacuzzis. Definitely the cherry on top for any vacation or even a honeymoon.

My husband and I have been traveling to Sedona for 20 years and still return year after year. The hiking is world class and the scenery is awe inspiring. Our typical day begins with a short walk to Uptown Sedona for a great cup of coffee with the best views anywhere, then off for a hike. Next we like to lay by the pool with a book and soak up the sun, or sit in the fabulous hot tub. Our deck at Arroyo Roble is perfect for an early evening glass of wine, or walk behind the condos to the park to swing by Oak Creek. The condo itself is comfortable, updated frequently while still maintaining its charm. I love the large gas fireplaces in the living room and master suite. Also, the master suite's jacuzzi is the best. The kitchen is full and modern if you choose to eat in....otherwise, another walk to Uptown will give many great restaurants for your stay. There are also many historical sites close by and the Grand Canyon is an easy 2 hours. The owner is accommodating and friendly. We stayed with her in 2015 and have booked for 2016, too. We keep coming back to Arroyo Roble!
My wife and I stayed here for a week in early March. The unit is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was great having all the amenities including a fully equiped kitchen and washer/dryer. Two couples ar a family would be very comfortable. There are ample bbq's in the courtyard area and everything is extremely well maintained. If you don't want to cook, ther are some great restaurants in easy walking distance. If you have never visited Sedona, this is a must. The scenery, the majesty of the red rock mountains and the crystal clear blueness of the sky are truly unique. Hiking trails abound all over the Sedona area and accomodate everyone from those who want a flat leisurely stroll to those who want to ascend to the top of 3,000 foot mesas. It is an unbelievable spot to visit and rejuvenate and the VIlla is a great place to stay.
