We stayed here the 4th of July week. This house is very nice and has nice views of the bay. The pool is really nice. Great place for a family with teenagers to stay. The den is on the bottom level and is separate from the top level (must use stairs outside). This give teens their space. It is a short walk to the beach and shops. We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua View.
Our son was married at South Seas on a Monday night, but we chose to rent a house for the week. We felt like we picked the best house and location on Captiva for the price! We needed a place with extra space for a few days which the downstairs offered, but was cozy for the 4 of us that remained for the entire week. We had a welcome party for those who traveled to Captiva for the wedding around the pool, and it was a perfect evening for all! While the property isn't the most updated, it was fine for our purposes. The view of the bay is wonderful, and you are in walking distance of Andy Rosse Lane, South Seas, and the wonderful beach sunsets! The only downside if you have older adults with you is the steps to the main entrance. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
