Perfect for our family of nine.

The townhome had plenty of room and seating. There were nine of us so three bathrooms were great. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we had stayed longer we might have needed additional towels but as it was there were plenty for all. The drive to Universal Studios was an easy 13 minutes and never had to get on the freeway. We walked over to Crust one night and had really good pizza. The owners were easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to rent. Thank you for making our time with our grandchildren memorable.

Awesome Stay!

Everything went great! Just the process of checkin a bit confusing (get the keys, etc). There was a problem with washing machine, but the owner did everything she could to solve it. And she really solve it, with a brand new one. Another annoying thing was the knives, didnt cut even butter....

The house was very comfortable, excellent located, very close to the I-5, and Studio City offered everything we needed in walking distance. The kitchen has everything, except for the knives, the rooms are very spacious, beds are good, I have no complaints in the matter of sleeping and resting. The TV we barely used, we always spent the days out. About Internet, as the house is so big, theres some spots the wifi didnt reach.

Close to Universal Studios

What a great condo and exceptional owners! We took a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Walking distance to restaurants, Trader Joe's and CVS. Took us 10 min to get to Universal and you never have to get on the freeway. We were a little concerned the first night with the rooftop deck door not locking. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt safe so it wasn't a big deal. Nice parking garage with two spaces, which was great for our SUV. Rada made sure we had everything we needed and that was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in this area!

Amazing property, location and especially amazing owners

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times now, each time we discover more about the location. One of the best parts about this property really is the location, you're close to everything and even on those evenings when you're tired of being at the theme parks all day it seems like everyone will deliver to you. The house is great to relax in and the bunk beds are great for kids. The true reason I write this review is not just about the location or the house but to tell you that Ed and Rada will truly take care of you. We've had great experiences with them each time and if you ever need anything they're just phone call away. Ed and Rada thank you for everything, especially the last minute accommodation you did this last time for my wife before we traveled home. Thank you

Wonderful stay!

Perfect stay for our family! We took our son and his friend to Universal Studios, etc. for spring break. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The owners were extremely accommodating and everything was easy. The kitchen was well equipped. There was so much space to sprawl and plenty of privacy. The garage was secure and easy to access. As my husband phrased it, "Wow! I can't believe it! You've found another winner!."

My best tip is that if you are staying here to go to Universal Studios - take Uber (or similar). It cost the four of us $5.40 total each way, we waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up (both coming and going), and we were dropped off right where we wanted to be. Cheaper, faster, and easier than driving and parking ourselves. Thanks to my teenage son for that idea.

Thank you again for all of your prompt replies and help. You were so friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again if we are in the area!
