Perfect for our family of nine.

The townhome had plenty of room and seating. There were nine of us so three bathrooms were great. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we had stayed longer we might have needed additional towels but as it was there were plenty for all. The drive to Universal Studios was an easy 13 minutes and never had to get on the freeway. We walked over to Crust one night and had really good pizza. The owners were easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to rent. Thank you for making our time with our grandchildren memorable.

Spacious and walking distance to shops. great access to Hollywood, Rodeo Drive & Universal Studios

close to LA's major attractions in the north side, Venice and Santa Monica only 30 mins away. big property with all things included, laundry facilities were large enough for our family of five. Studio City has everything you need on your doorstep. Would recommend

Great location, overall very nice

The location and the quality of the accommodations were very good and matched our expectations - it is a really nice location close to Universal Studios and the 101 & 134 freeways. Edward and Rada were good hosts and we had a great experience. The only reason that I didn't put five stars is that the master bed was pretty bouncy, movement on one side affected the other side. In addition, the bunk beds made creaky noises when someone moved around.

Spacious and comfortable

Our family of eight fully enjoyed staying at this property! There was plenty of room for all of us and the furniture, beds, decor, and amenities made the experience so comfortable. The location, too, is very convenient to Universal Studios and Hollywood. Perfect for the trip we had planned! We all agreed that if we were to do this trip again, we would definitely want to stay here again. The two secured parking spaces were much appreciated too.

Great location

This was our second time staying here . Very close to Universal Studios and all the shops Ventura Blvd. has to offer. The house is clean and the owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. The underground parking with designated spots is nice to have. Thanks for renting your condo for our Christmas Day at Universal.
