Est. 2008 - This is a spacious,three story,recently remodeled, corner townhouse, closest(out of four units in the building) to the mountains and sitting a few moment's walk up to hills from Ventura blvd, overseeing San Fernando & Malhouland mountains.
Cantoni bedroom set,high ceiling,huge windows,whirlpool kitchen appliances,hot tub,private balcony & sun deck secluded by trees with mountain air & panoramic views.
Located close to major studios and just minutes to Universal Studios, Universal Amphi-theater concert venue & City Walk, theater complex and theme restaurants; NOHO Arts district; downtown Burbank; Hollywood, (Graumann's Chinese Theater and 'Walk of Fame', Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars; Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats while you enjoy an open air concert; LA Zoo and Griffith Park with riding trails and Observatory; 5 min. by car to Hollywood, over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, trendy Melrose Ave and upscale Beverly Hills;10 min. to famous Westwood & Brentwood;15 min. from famous beaches like Venice, Malibu, Santa Monica.

Our family is originally from Russia and Ukraine. When we came to Los Angeles some 23 years ago; both of us fell in love with this city, especially its unique wheather and views.

Its our personal residence where we stay from time to time . We just decided to share the place because of its closeness to worldwide attractions like Universal Studios, Universal City Walk , Hollywood, Sunset Blvds, Mulholland Drive, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Venice & Santa Monica beaches.
The townhome had plenty of room and seating. There were nine of us so three bathrooms were great. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we had stayed longer we might have needed additional towels but as it was there were plenty for all. The drive to Universal Studios was an easy 13 minutes and never had to get on the freeway. We walked over to Crust one night and had really good pizza. The owners were easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to rent. Thank you for making our time with our grandchildren memorable.
Vielen Dank an die Vermieter dieser schönen großen Wohnung (wir waren zu dritt, optimal für 6)! Wir haben Rada & Edward zwar leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie waren immer bemüht um uns und haben schnell reagiert! Große Tiefgarage für Auto/Klimaanlage/Wi-Fi/TV/Kühlschrank/Gasherd/Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Alles sauber. Sichere Gegend, alles hat funktioniert, Wäsche ausreichend vorhanden, Supermärkte/Restaurants in der Nähe. Guter Anschluss an Highway (falls mal nicht verstopft). Ca. 1 Stunde nach Disneyworld, 10 Minuten zu den Universal Studios. Neue Töpfe, viel mehr normale Trinkgläser, Tisch-Untersetzer wären aber notwendig...
It is really nice place and big enough. Also it is very close to Universal Studio. If you plan a trip there, then this place is a good choice.
The building/area is obviously older but the unit is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Private parking garage was a lifesaver in such a busy area of California. Only thing we eventually needed to stock a bit was toilet paper, but CVS and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away and I enjoyed my stroll in the perfect weather; everything else was provided (linens, kitchen ware, etc.). If I need to stay in L.A. in the future this unit will be my first choice. Kind and attentive owners and an easy booking process.
I liked the area and how close it was to everything, especially Universal Studios. We had an embarrassing incident between myself and the brother-in-law since the bathroom doors didn't lock. The kitchen was set up for very basic cooking, which was fine since we just had breakfast there. The owners were very helpful and kind.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We all slept well. The owners are quite conscientious and quick to respond. It is only about 10 minutes away from Universal Studios.
