Located close to major studios and just minutes to Universal Studios, Universal Amphi-theater concert venue & City Walk, theater complex and theme restaurants; NOHO Arts district; downtown Burbank; Hollywood, (Graumann's Chinese Theater and 'Walk of Fame', Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars; Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats while you enjoy an open air concert; LA Zoo and Griffith Park with riding trails and Observatory; 5 min. by car to Hollywood, over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, trendy Melrose Ave and upscale Beverly Hills;10 min. to famous Westwood & Brentwood;15 min. from famous beaches like Venice, Malibu, Santa Monica.

Our family is originally from Russia and Ukraine. When we came to Los Angeles some 23 years ago; both of us fell in love with this city, especially its unique wheather and views.

Its our personal residence where we stay from time to time . We just decided to share the place because of its closeness to worldwide attractions like Universal Studios, Universal City Walk , Hollywood, Sunset Blvds, Mulholland Drive, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Venice & Santa Monica beaches.
The townhome had plenty of room and seating. There were nine of us so three bathrooms were great. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we had stayed longer we might have needed additional towels but as it was there were plenty for all. The drive to Universal Studios was an easy 13 minutes and never had to get on the freeway. We walked over to Crust one night and had really good pizza. The owners were easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to rent. Thank you for making our time with our grandchildren memorable.
My husband and I stayed with our 5 teen to early 20's daughters. It was located a great driving distance from universal studios & LA. Parking was nice & secure. Would recommend to others & would stay here again. Only suggestion would be to put locks on the master bedroom.
My family and I took our yearly trip to LA and it was our first time renting this beautiful home and we fell in love! This house was PERFECT! Location was everything with this home! It had such beautiful view at night and good neighborhood with enough parking and clean house. Had no issue, the owners are more then accommodating. My family and I will definitely rent this home again on our next family vacation!
We stayed for two nights with friends to visit Universal Studios. Our group consisted of three adults and six children ranging from the ages of 4 to 15 and this property served our needs perfectly. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the full kitchen and two and a half bathrooms met all of our large group's practical needs. Rada and Edward are excellent hosts, replying to any questions we had quickly and efficiently. We felt very much at home during our stay. As an added bonus, Universal Studios is five minutes down the road and there are a wide variety of restaurants and a Trader Joe's within walking distance. With all the kids we opted to stock up on groceries rather than eat out, but it was nice to have the option. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit the area.
My family did not encounter any problems with our stay and found the owners to be warm and kind.
My husband, two children and I stayed in this nice apartment for two nights as we visited Universal Studios. Communication with Ed and his wife Rada was really easy. I texted them as we headed to Studio City and they texted me right back with information on how to access the apartment once we arrived. They were very nice and helpful. Everything was open and airy and the apartment had plenty of room for us. In fact, there were two sets of bunk beds and a king, which more than accommodated our family of four. There was a second bathroom upstairs that we didn't even use. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is very spacious and updated, with lots of space for a larger family than ours. The kitchen was fully equipped although we didn't use it. I was especially happy to be able to do laundry there since I had been in California nearly a week, and the rest of my family for four days. Off the master bath was a nice-sized closet with hangers so I was able to line dry some of my hand-wash clothing overnight. There were also extra linens and washcloths in there. The area is very lively especially at night, as there are many restaurants within walking distance and a lot of traffic. We ate Italian one night and pizza another, so the kids were happy and it was easy to walk there and back--both were about a block away. There was a nearby CVS too, which was a good place to pick up some snacks and treats. My husband drove to one of the nearby L.A. Fitness locations--since we are members back home in Ohio--and said that it was very nice. Our four year old son had left his tablet downstairs under the living room tv and we didn't notice it when we left. I texted Ed and Rada and they had already sent me a message through Homeaway asking if it was ours. They mailed it to us, which made especially my son very happy! Overall a good experience, great location and very easy rental process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
