Est. 2008 - This is a spacious,three story,recently remodeled, corner townhouse, closest(out of four units in the building) to the mountains and sitting a few moment's walk up to hills from Ventura blvd, overseeing San Fernando & Malhouland mountains.
Cantoni bedroom set,high ceiling,huge windows,whirlpool kitchen appliances,hot tub,private balcony & sun deck secluded by trees with mountain air & panoramic views.
Located close to major studios and just minutes to Universal Studios, Universal Amphi-theater concert venue & City Walk, theater complex and theme restaurants; NOHO Arts district; downtown Burbank; Hollywood, (Graumann's Chinese Theater and 'Walk of Fame', Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars; Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats while you enjoy an open air concert; LA Zoo and Griffith Park with riding trails and Observatory; 5 min. by car to Hollywood, over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, trendy Melrose Ave and upscale Beverly Hills;10 min. to famous Westwood & Brentwood;15 min. from famous beaches like Venice, Malibu, Santa Monica.
Walking distance to Trader Joe's on busy Studio City plaza (Blockbuster,pizza,Chinese,Manhattan bagel etc.), famous restaurants (Italian,Argentinian,Indian etc.)some 24 hrs,sushi bars (two of them're the oldest in town), farmer's market (Sundays), supermarkets, drug stores, post office, banks,sporting goods, near by park with kids playground; as well as lounges, pubs etc.
Our family is originally from Russia and Ukraine. When we came to Los Angeles some 23 years ago; both of us fell in love with this city, especially its unique wheather and views.

Its our personal residence where we stay from time to time . We just decided to share the place because of its closeness to worldwide attractions like Universal Studios, Universal City Walk , Hollywood, Sunset Blvds, Mulholland Drive, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Venice & Santa Monica beaches.
The townhome had plenty of room and seating. There were nine of us so three bathrooms were great. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we had stayed longer we might have needed additional towels but as it was there were plenty for all. The drive to Universal Studios was an easy 13 minutes and never had to get on the freeway. We walked over to Crust one night and had really good pizza. The owners were easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to rent. Thank you for making our time with our grandchildren memorable.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We all slept well. The owners are quite conscientious and quick to respond. It is only about 10 minutes away from Universal Studios.
Great condo with a great location. Comfortably accommodated my family of 10. Owners great to work with. Definitely will stay again!
The property is located in a good neighborhood close to Universal Studios. The condo is very noisy. Sound carries inside and movement from guests on one floor are heard VERY easily from one floor to the next. Needs a facelift. Bathroom leaks down into kitchen.
We arrived at this property and smelled a foul odor throughout the entire place. We opened the windows. Our throats began to burn, and we were coughing. There were 4 of us and we all felt the same. We stayed a couple of hours thinking it may have been cleaning agents and the fresh air would help, but it did not. The foul odor remained. We left and got a hotel room. We called the owner and explained that we smelled a foul odor and felt sick. He asked if it smelled like mold. I replied that I did not know what mold smelled like. He went to the property and called us back and said he thought maybe it was a dead animal but he couldn’t find anything. He wanted us to go back to the property along with a “neutral” third party and smell the place. Even if a neutral third party could really be found, we were not comfortable staying there because we felt our health was at risk. We were coming from the east coast and this was just the first day of our 8 day vacation in Southern California. We certainly didn’t want to be sick for it. We requested a refund of our payment. He did refund our security deposit, but nothing else. We felt that the quality of service was not as described and we should have been refunded in full.
A couple of other things…double sinks were advertised for the master bathroom. There were 2 sinks, but only 1 had a faucet. I'm not talking about a working faucet. I mean a faucet. It did not have a faucet. No written instructions were provided. We had to make numerous phone calls to them before we even entered the premises. They asked that I call when we were an hour away, at which time they told me the place wasn’t ready for us because I had previously told them we PROBABLY wouldn’t arrive until about 5:00 PM. That shouldn’t have mattered. Check in time was stated as 2:00 PM. It should have been ready at 2:00 PM. More phone calls had to be made to receive instructions 1 step at a time. Some calls were to be made to the listed owner and some to the wife. The conversations with the wife were difficult to hear and understand because children were screaming in the background.
We would definitely not recommend this place.
Very beautiful place, well kept. Perfect location, literally 10-15 minutes away from everything. Very understanding owners and organized. Thank you and we will be using this home as our first option to stay when we come back to LA.
