Long time San Francisco resident. Please don't hesitate to ask me about San Francisco.
Jack purchased this Apartment in 2006
Why Jack chose Dolores Heights
A+ Central location. Mix with locals. My favorite restaurants in the area: Frances, L'Ardoise, Anchor Oyster, Kitchen Story. There is on-going street construction in the area. I recommend not bringing a car.

As the title says...Centralized Jewel Box
Convenient location, essential amenities, very well maintained
Clean, comfortable and quiet!
We are very happy with our stay at Jacks apartment. Plenty of space and the bathroom and kitchen seem brand new. There is a washing machine and dryer too! There isn't any extra knick knacks or decorations which is a bonus for us travelling with a 15 month old who gets into everything. The neighborhood is great too! we would definitely stay here again.
Jewel box it is!
This is my second time staying in this lovely apartment with its Victorian details in the bedroom and modern fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom -- the best of both worlds. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Access is by keyless entry, which I found very convenient. It's on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with easy access to all of San Francisco by public transportation. I'm planning to stay there again.
The apartment is safe, clean, and comfortable as well as well appointed with modern appliances.
It is centrally located in the Castro district just minutes away from all public transportation (busses, Muni, and BART). The neighborhood is vibrant with a myriad of restaurants and stores - even a Mollie Stone Market.
Jack was very responsive when I contacted him about a pair of shoes I had left behind. The shoes were found and I was able to retrieve them. Thank you Jack and Annie.
All around a fun stay!
Perfect Spot In the Castro - Will Stay Again
Having lived two houses around the corner from this spot, twenty years ago, this was the perfect location to revisit the old neighborhood. You'll feel like your'e one of the locals. It is within walking distance of everything in the Castro. Subway station nearby too. The place was very clean and well maintained.
Jack was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. When I couldn't get the front door to open (because I forgot to hit the pound key), my phone call was answered on the first ring and Jack walked me though the process.
When we go back to San Francisco in a few years, we're hoping to stay in this place again.
Great spot in the Castro
Great location, wonderful apartment!
Located in the heart of San Francisco. This location is perfect for exploring the city. Visitors without cars will find a wide range of transportation options. San Francisco Muni Lines- underground to Bart, East Bay, downtown, union square, China town, financial district, fisherman's wharf, zoo, is just a few blocks away at Castro and Market St. Bus 24 can take you from Pacific Heights to Noe Valley and beyond. Zip rental cars have several locations near by. Car owners can park on the street or reserve a spot in the building at a nominal fee. It is located within blocks to the very commercial Castro Center at 18th and Castro, but it is far enough to avoid all the heavy noise and traffic. Take the K,L,M lines to Union Square, Ferry Building, or Moscone Center. Take the F train to Fisherman's Wharf. Other Activities: Farmer's market Wednesdays 4:00-8:00PM near Market St and Noe St.
