Perfect! Clean and comfortable and a great location.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while in the Bay area for work. The unit sits in a quiet location close to shops, restaurants and transportation. It's super clean, secure and comfortable and has everything you need. Great water pressure in the shower! The owners are super responsive and made the whole experience super easy. Highly recommend!

Studio in Castro District

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying in this area and walking around to the restaurants and shops. We also liked that is was close to the Uni. We did have some problem with parking and another guest parking in our spot and we couldn't find a close spot by the apartment and my husband has to park 6 blocks away and did scratch our rental car trying to fit! Jack did refund us for that night so that helped a lot and kept us abreast of the situation. Overall we had a good time and I loved the soft bed and pillows, sadly my husband didn't lol.

Beautiful, clean, and great location!

  • 5 of 5

Our experience couldn't have been better. First, this apartment was beautiful. It was spotless. Linens were all very nice. Great location. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Best of all, the proprietor - Jack responded to all of our inquires almost instantly. You don't get that kind of service at any hotel. Thanks for making our San Fran stay so great!!!

Exactly as advertised. OK, there were more cut flowers in the photos but we weren't expecting that!

The unit was very comfortable and exactly what we needed. In the end we didn't use the kitchen at all. Too many choices in the neighbourhood for a nice breakfast (and we weren't planning on cooking big meals). The information provided answered most questions before we could even ask them. Google provided the rest.

We LOVED the location and spent lots of time exploring but it was also a breeze to get anywhere we wanted to go.

The building was really quiet. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with various supplies.

Only quibbles? Towel hooks! Only 2 in the entire bathroom. Even 2 more would be very useful.

And a mirror. Nothing but the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Found myself trying to improvise with the reflection off the television.

Overall? Very happy we chose to stay there.

Comfort, convenient and colorful!

  • 5 of 5

Most impressive aside from the comfort of this flat, was the consistent and rapid response to my inquiries or questions of the owner. Usually, within the hour I would hear back from Jack, which promotes a sense of security when traveling in a new city. We found everything we needed including nice neighbors (when I locked myself out at one point), close transportation to major city sites and a great market within walking distance. The only small items missing were a colander for draining the pasta and maybe a standing towel rack for use after showers, which might be placed in the small room/closet with the desk. The kitchen is very well appointed and has the latest model appliances. The beds and linens were lovely and the instructions for use of everything, very clear.

Thank you,
