Great apartment in a beautiful city.

  • 4 of 5

Jack was very efficient with communications and instructions for our stay. The apartment lived up to the photos and was extremely clean. The renovation and decor is of a high standard also. It is easy to get around the city with nearby trolley cars and buses.

The nightlife and restaurants in nearby Castro street were great. The only negative was a stuffy acrid odor from the apartment landing. We left the windows open as Jack mentioned would be okay, and the smell abated somewhat. It did not impact our stay hugely, and mentioning only for those with sensitive sense of smell.

Overall thanks Jack for sharing your apartment.

Relaxing retreat

  • 5 of 5

I am checking out today from this lovely apartment to move into a 4 star hotel for the rest of my trip; although I am attending a company meeting, I would in all honesty, prefer to remain here for the rest of my San Fran visit!

The kitchen is well supplied for cooking, it really fits the idea of a gourmet cooking area

The view is nice and the neighborhood is nice....its quiet at night

There are great design touches: the light fixture in the dining area, the beautiful crown molding and the well thought out lighting placement

...and of course the bathroom: marble with a wonderful shower and water pressure....floors are great, you can walk barefoot in comfort!

so, to summarize: this is an excellent apartment and the next time I have an extended stay in the area I would hope to return!

Perfect! Clean and comfortable and a great location.

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here for a couple of nights while in the Bay area for work. The unit sits in a quiet location close to shops, restaurants and transportation. It's super clean, secure and comfortable and has everything you need. Great water pressure in the shower! The owners are super responsive and made the whole experience super easy. Highly recommend!

Studio in Castro District

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying in this area and walking around to the restaurants and shops. We also liked that is was close to the Uni. We did have some problem with parking and another guest parking in our spot and we couldn't find a close spot by the apartment and my husband has to park 6 blocks away and did scratch our rental car trying to fit! Jack did refund us for that night so that helped a lot and kept us abreast of the situation. Overall we had a good time and I loved the soft bed and pillows, sadly my husband didn't lol.

Beautiful, clean, and great location!

  • 5 of 5

Our experience couldn't have been better. First, this apartment was beautiful. It was spotless. Linens were all very nice. Great location. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Best of all, the proprietor - Jack responded to all of our inquires almost instantly. You don't get that kind of service at any hotel. Thanks for making our San Fran stay so great!!!
