Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features U.S. Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is owner managed by Matt and Elizabeth. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We offer optional concierge services such as Airport assistance, grocery shopping, maid service and cook service; please contact us for more information on how we can accommodate your needs.

We love Cozumel, and Palmar is a first class building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise.

What makes this condo unique

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.

Wonderful!

We have stayed here in the past and are booked for next year. My husband and sons dive every day and it is within walking distance of the dive shop they use. The property is well maintained, well decorated, well equipped kitchen ... everything you need plus more. It's a nice walk into town . Beautiful view from the deck. Thank you Matt and Elizabeth.

Perfect Condo in Cozumel

Great views, very clean, perfect location! This condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. It is modern and beautiful with a great floorplan. It is great fun to to grill on your patio and the large windows allow you to watch the cruise ships come in! Safe and secure, with great staff. Loved it!

Perfect in every way!

We love this property. We've been to Cozumel many times, but this is the first time we rented a condo and shared with another couple. This unit is so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need. It's beautiful and inviting. Probably the favorite feature is the view - as soon as you open the door you are welcomed by the view of water and boats - just beautiful. We spent many hours on the terrace - which runs the length of the unit - drinking coffee in the morning - reading or taking a nap in the afternoon - dinner or drinks at night....makes me wish I were still there! Thanks to Elizabeth and Matt for providing such a nice retreat - we thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to returning.

The very best place to stay in Cozumel........

We had the pleasure of staying at Elizabeth and Matt’s Palmar condo for a month this past July/ August – our 2nd year of doing so. The condo was immaculate as usual and continues to be kept in top condition. It is a comfortable living arrangement with a well equipped kitchen and modern appliances, all in great working order. With the outdoor grill, you have everything needed to prepare meals or you can wander to a number of established and pleasant restaurants/ bars nearby. The clothes washer/ dryer always comes in handy for long or short stays. There are plenty of little touches provided that will make you feel at home and not have to worry about going out and shop for sundries like paper goods or soap. The welcome basket is a treat. Due to the condo’s location, you don’t need to rent a car – you can walk or take an inexpensive taxi to get your groceries or go to town. The Palmar complex has wonderful amenities including a great pool, hot tub and sun deck but you’ll find yourself enjoying the condo’s huge 4th floor balcony for breakfast, lunch (if you’re around)), evening cocktails and/or dinner. Elizabeth and Matt are quick to respond to any questions. In summary, it’s a real treat to stay at their condo. Yes, we’ll be back, next year’s travel plans permitting.

Love this condo

We have been going to Cozumel for 15 years and stayed at many different places from all inclusives and different condos including others in El Palmar. This condo is the best in El Palmar and Matt and Elizabeth are very good and ensuring that your stay is excellent. The condo is nicely decorated, spacious, clean and it has everything you need to have an excellent vacation. In summary is truly a home away from home. Thank you Matt and Elizabeth for being so responsive, courteous and ensuring that we had everything we needed during our vacation in your beautiful condo

This professionally decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home. The unit offers an open floor plan and has 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Both bedrooms rooms have a king size bed and private bath. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 people, making it a perfect option for a family or several couples. The gourmet kitchen has all American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. There is even an outdoor grill on the terrace. The huge 300 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.

Palmar is located just south of the Cozumel Town Center. It is walking distance to water sport activities, dining and shopping. There are Beach Clubs across the street that offer lounge chairs, food, drink and water sport rentals. There is a great snorkel spot just across the street and there are pick up docks for SCUBA and snorkeling boats too.

Water to the building is filtered and is potable and safe to drink. The freezer has an ice maker. There is also additional bottled drinking water available on a hot/cold dispenser in the kitchen.
