Tony and Luciana Santoni
We live in Scottsdale Arizona, where we moved 28 years ago. We have two children and four grandchildren and we like to travel and vacation "family style". Although Scottsdale is the capital of golfing, we do not golf but we enjoy nevertheless the view of the greens in Scottsdale. We run a small family business and therefore we understand and appreciate how important is to offer our customers service, a pleasant experience and a product worth the money they spend.
Tony Santoni / email@example.com purchased this condo in 2010
We have two children and four grandchildren age 6 to 10. The main reason for purchasing this property is the convenience of access to the beach (short easy walking) and the proximity to San Diego and all the related attractions which have proven to be a magnet for our grandchildren. Although I do not surf,I like to watch surfers from the municipal pier before moving on to one of the good restaurants in the area. Overall a friendly, family oriented environment.
I have visited or will visit every single attraction that is around Oceanside from San Diego to Disney World, alternating days of one full day excursion to days spent resting and relaxing on the beach. After much thought I settled for Oceanside because of its central location, easy access from Phoenix AZ, wide beach.
We stayed the month of June 2013 and had a wonderful stay. The location is so convenient. One block away from the beach, short walks to the harbor, pier, local shops, restaurants and farmers market but just far enough away from the busiest part of the beach. The condo was supplied with everything necessary for our stay. The location within the building was quite private and yet great for people watching. We had visitors for a few days at a time and the condo was comfortable for all. We liked it more with every passing day. The trains zoom by periodically but didn't bother us at night. There is so much to do in and around the area - golf, fishing, surfing, swimming, beach picnics and BBQ's on the beach. The fact that the Condo association allows only monthly rentals is a definite advantage as it eliminates the commotion of people moving in and out constantly. Pool area and upper deck are very pleasant. The building has security gates at the entrance and garage - another plus! Thanks Becky for handling the details and for your attention and availability. We would love to return.
