Updated condo 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Our condo is meticulously maintained. A two bedroom, two bath, very open unit with a remodeled and stocked kitchen that flows into the living areas. There are many updated features throughout and amenities to please for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We have tile throughout the main living ares, entry and kitchen, with carpet in both bedrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM:

Nicely appointed with a King-size bed, mounted 32" flat screen TV, en-suite style bathroom with tub/shower combination and a set of sliding-glass doors that open onto the balcony/lanai.

GUEST BEDROOM:

Updated and room for an active group! (2) Double beds, with (1) Twin-upper bunk, so everyone has a bed, another flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combination.

MAIN LIVING AREAS:

The living room is open with plenty of natural light provided by the second set of sliding-glass doors that bring you onto the balcony/lanai. There is a mounted 42 inch flat screen TV and two leather sofas for comfort and easy living. We have (2) DVD players available. Upgraded cable service with premium channels and free Wifi throughout. The kitchen has been recently remodeled, it has granite counter tops, newer appliances, comes fully furnished with lots of pots/pans, and just about any small appliance you could need, matching dishes and many utensils – everything you need to cook a full meal if you desire. The dining table is large and comfortably seats 6 people. Our condo has gone through many updates in the six years we have owned it with new furnishings and annually painted throughout. We are located on the inter-coastal side of the property, with a short 5-7 minute walk through the property to reach the private beach. Our home is very clean with all of the amenities you would look for! For your added convenience towels and linens are provided, even beach towels! Our beds are premium beds for further comfort and the condo is family friendly and ready for what a great vacation has to offer.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

The complex has ample parking, two heated pools, a large spa along-side of the inter-coastal waterway and the Bay-side pool, lighted tennis courts, BBQ’s , a fishing pier, boat dockage, a fitness and game room that is currently being renovated for even more fun, 24 hour private security, our own private beach access, with lounges chairs and seating provided at both the beach and the two pools. Our complex is located at the "Heart" of Siesta Beach so it is very centrally located - just about 1.5 miles from The Village which has many options for local dining and shopping.

PLEASE NOTE:

Additionally, we own a second condo, listing #3909450, Gulf-side condo Unit #139, at the Palm Bay Club. That condo is a ground floor unit, 200 steps from the sand, 2br/2 bath, *larger at 1300 sq. ft. If you would like to know more look about it, look for #3909450.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Bay Club: We chose to purchase on Siesta Key for many reasons. Being in Southwest Florida, it is centrally located to several airports (many within a 1 1/2 hour drive, door-to-door) which make it very convenient. Airports include Tampa, St. Petersburg, Punta Gorda, Sarasota, and Orlando. The weather is consistently warm and sunny, and this complex is so well maintained; we can choose to go to the private beach or enjoy the sights and activities on the inter-coastal water way. It is a 'great get-a-way from it all' location, with quaint charm and lots of local character.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This condo is kept up to date with new furnishings and is very comfortable. Some of our favorite things to do are to get jet skis and use them throughout our entire trip. We dock them at the private boat slips that are available to owners/guests and we take them up and down the inter-coastal or Gulf. We watch the dolphin and manatee as we sit by the Bay-side pool and spa. There is even a private fishing pier alongside of the Bay pool. We partake of many wonderful local restaurants and enjoy the seafood.

Local amenities: Siesta Key offers numerous attractions, many local and more within a short drive. There are plenty of local restaurants, one of all kinds, family run, and always fresh. Water sports and activities are all within walking distance. There is a huge art community surrounding Sarasota, which offers numerous museums, galleries and gardens for viewing and live performances. Of course, the theme parks are a short drive away in Orlando (Disney, Universal, Sea World) and Bush Gardens in Tampa. Florida is definitely one of the best spots for a wide variety of activities or just plain relaxing by the beautiful Crescent Beach at Siesta Key.

We love the low-key and quaint lifestyle of Siesta Key. This island is the ultimate beach-town with no commercialization around. Being in Southwest Florida, it is centrally located to several airports, the weather is consistently warm and sunny, and this complex is so well maintained.

We just came back from staying in our own condo. The recent updates - new kitchen, light fixtures and ceiling fan - all look great and give the unit even more of an open updated look. The condo has a very clean and easy living appearance and the association does a great job keeping it that way. The weather couldn't have been better - sunny and low 80's every day! We found another great restaurant called The Cottage in the village that was fantastic! Hope you can enjoy it too!

Beautiful condo and complex!

My wife, young child and I recently stayed at this condo and it was every bit as wonderful as we remember it from the year before when we first went. Condo has everything you need, and more, and we have never had any issues with the condo or complex whatsoever. The Palm Bay Club is incredible with two pools, a really close walk to a huge beach where there are always chairs and umbrellas available no matter the time of day. It's a private beach so it's a huge difference from the overcrowded public beaches in other areas of Siesta Key. And this condo is on the Bayside which we think is the best and most beautiful side as the pool and hot tub sit right on the Bay. The location is also perfect as its just a few minute drive to the Square where all the best local bars, restaurants and shops are located. My family and I will be booking again with this condo in 2017! Would recommend it to anyone.

Definitely found a new resting place. It was so peaceful, family friendly, and everyone respectful. The ability to walk one direction for the beach/ocean and the opposite for the bay simply wonderful. The town is close and plenty of choices for restaurants.

Outstanding Condo!

An outstanding condo! I have stayed at this property twice. Once for a family vacation and once for a girls trip. Great location that is a short walk to the beach and near two pools. The bayside pool is beautiful, located right off the dock with a gorgeous view. Really enjoyed having the option to go to the beach or pool. This spacious condo is clean and comfy and accommodates either a small or large group. Parking spots right outside the condo make it easy to get in and out. The bunk beds is fun for children and we enjoyed the layout of the condo and the configuration of the beds/rooms. Highly recommend it, a great place to stay in Siesta Key!

Couldn't have had a better place to stay

This 2 bedroom condo was exactly as described and photographed in the listing. Prior to our booking, we e-mailed the owner with some questions and received a very genuine personalised reply which led to us making the reservation. We found it to be immaculately clean and we identified no items in need of maintenance within the property. Both pool areas were also very clean and in good condition. The reception staff at Palm Bay Club were very friendly and approachable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Siesta Key to any friends or relatives looking for a beach side vacation in Florida and I would particularly recommend this condo. The beach is outstanding with sugar sand and gently crashing surf- well deserved of the title #1beach in the USA. The highlight of our visit was a boat rental from Turtle Beach Marina which allowed us to see wild dolphins, manatee and ospreys in their natural habitat. Turtles restaurant provided us with a delicious, freshly prepared, great value evening meal. In summary, we had an awesome time!

AMAZING PRIVATE BEACH

We had such a great vacation at the Palm Bay CLub, The private beach is amazing and is a must with such busy public beaches close by, The unit we stayed in was very nice, clean, and loaded with everything anyone would need to have a great vacation, Check in and check out was super simple and not a hassle at all, Nice pool very close to the unit, and just jump in the car drive across the road and park in the amazing covered parking area and your at the beach in no time, The sunsets were breathtaking and we loved our stay! no complaints at all!! and would love to stay again!!!!

Deposit is non-refundable for all other arrival dates. Remaining balance is due upon arrival with no refund for early departure. Changes: No changes may be made within 90 days of arrival. All extensions are subject to availability. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
