It is located next to the famous Robson/Alberni shopping/dining district. It takes only 20min by Skytrain & Seabus to reach Lonsdale Quay Market and from there it is a short bus ride to Grouse Mountain Ski Resort. It is close to all major attractions, theatres, museums, markets, and Chinatown, and accessible to any places of interests in Greater Vancouver via the Skytrain. It has a 270degee views of Vancouver Skyline, and every room features a stunning view of the North Vancouver mountains, Stanley Park, Coal Harbour, Lion Gate Bridge, English Bay and the city. In the summer, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the fireworks at English Bay, visit Vancouver Aquarium or walk to Canada Place (a national icon).

Wonderful Vancouver Condo!

Spacious, comfortable, great location, very clean, amazing views. We couldn't stop taking pictures of the sunsets every night. Michelle and Shelley were great to deal with. Wonderful accomodations for our family with a 3yr old. We were able to easily host our friends for dinner and brunch and have lots of room for the kids to play while the adults visited. Easy walk to the waterfront, Stanley Park, groceries, restaurants, etc. We look forward to staying here again.

Exceeded Expectations

Our party of 2 couples spent a wonderful week in Vancouver at this terrific condo. It not only has phenomenal views, but is also beautifully decorated, spacious, and within walking distance of sights, dining, and shopping. Michelle was responsive to all our questions during the reservation process, and Shelly was prompt and available during check-in and check-out. We made breakfast every morning, dinner one night, and enjoyed the view and cocktails every evening on the balcony. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful Vancouver Condo

We rented this condo for three weeks in May. Checking in and checking out were both easy processes. The photos on VRBO show a nice condo but it's really far better when you actually see it for yourself. The place was spotless and the views are spectacular especially at night when the entire city lights up. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking and the appliances were top of line. The location is great with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and other Vancouver sights within walking distance. We look forward to our next visit to Vancouver and this great condo.

True Gem in Coal Harbour

First class accommodations right in the heart of Coal Harbour. Everything about our trip (from deposit to checking in/out) was smooth and very professional. The condo (which is the size of 2 standard units) was massive and offered a GORGEOUS view of Coal Harbour from the 33rd floor. We hosted my sister's bridal shower there and the place was perfect (everything from the king size table, renovated kitchen, bar fridge and lovely living area overlooking the harbour). I also really liked that the sleeping quarters were a bit separate from the living/entertaining area. So, my toddler son was able to sleep through some of our get-togethers. Compared to what you would pay at this time of year for a smaller sized hotel, this is TOTALLY worth it. Thanks again to Michelle and Shelley for helping to make our stay that much more special!

The best Condo we have ever stayed in Vancouver - Just Marvelous!!!

We stayed in this beautiful and delightful 33rd floor condo in Vancouver in early June, 2014. We cannot express how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. it was truly perfect for our needs – a wonderful vacation home.

First, we were totally surprise the actual views of the mountains and ocean shown in your photo was really the views from balcony, the living room, the dining room and bedrooms. The photographs are completely accurate and representative of how pleasant and spacious this condo you have. In fact, the limited photos provided cannot totally convey the amazing views that you have on the 33rd floors.

We loved the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area which all shared the fabulous view of Vancouver waterfront. The view of Coal-Harbour is spectacular with floating planes landing periodically right before our eyes. The beds were comfortable and the master-bed room comes with a walk-in-closet, and a 40” color TV on the wall.

The immediate neighborhood includes the waterfront where bikes can be rented cycling around the Stanley Park/Island, English bay and all the way to the False creek. We would have enjoyed the perfect view of the Canada Day fireworks from your condo, if we have stayed till 1st July.

The location is extremely convenient – it is within walking distance to major downtown restaurants - walked to BC liquor-store, Asian restaurants like Kirin (Chinese), Sara (Korean), to Jean-Georges Market, Urban Fare, Japadog, Thierry, etc. all of which are highly, ,highly recommended.

We would recommend this property highly to anyone and look forward to return again where opportunities arise.

BEST Stay in Vancouver - YVR ..HUGE 1600sq. ft. Apartment!!

We have just spent a wonderful two weeks in Vancouver...staying in this apartment.

The description and pictures give little justice to the location and views of this apartment.

This apartment is on the corner of Jervis and Alberni/Georgia.

Is located one block from Robson Street (1300-1400). For visitors, Robson St. is the heart of downtown Vancouver.... Easy access to restaurants....Halal, Japanese, Korean, S. E. Asian, East Asian, Western, Canadian, European, Mediterranean, Indian food. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Wine shop across the Road. Great Value for Money Korean/Japanese BBQ restaurant across the road. (Yakinikuya ... U'll seen the owner passing out discount coupons on the corner). Food is fresh and good. Kids loved it.

A 10 min. walk towards Denman St. (which is a hip area has a lots of good Japanese Ramen spots. Over and above, Safeway supermarket and Market Place ( Organic Food Supermarket) Gluten Free etc...

Two hundred yards away to the south on Alberni, there is the Shangrila, Burberry, Hermes etc... Towards water on the west of Alberni is the Marina on Coal harbor, a great place to walk around and watch the sea plane take off and land. Check with the manager of the Apartment and they will direct you to all the great places in town.

Easy access to the business and financial district as well. Nothing more than a fifteen minutes walk.

For example, it takes ten minutes walk to the Fourseason's - Waterfront. Ten Min. to Stanley Park

Stanley Park is the best place for a walk, hike, run, drive.

As for the apartment, location is perfect....clean, great access, good clean parking space.

Washrooms, Kitchen, best are all well maintained and clean upon checking in.

Washing machine and drier are working well. Smoke - free environment.

On the 33rd floor, the apartment have a perfect view from False Creek, in the South to North Vancouver.

Very relaxing to sit outside on the Balcony with a drink overlooking the skyline and watching the sun set. into the Pacific......

As I have mentioned, this apartment is more than 1600 sq. ft., very spacious and relaxing....!!
