Convenient beach side location with privacy in a new cozy eight unit Cloud Dancer development. Relax overlooking the adjacent swimming pool. One block from the beach and Palm Restaurant one of the few ocean view restaurants on the beach not the bay a great place for a night cap. Tax is waived on stays of thirty days or more. Discounted Schlitterbaun and Break Away Cruise activities available at the Ramada where key pick up is. Full refund if there is a sever hurricane threat.

Why michael klement chose Texas Gulf Coast

South Padre Island is not over commercialized yet compared to other beach resorts. Really the only true sandy beach in Texas. Private setting in a great location.

What makes this condo unique

Located in the center of South Padre Island all the necessities are within walking distance including Blue Marlin grocery store, Padre Island Brewing Company, and The Palm.

I own the Ramada on SPI and maintenance issues or other problems can be handled swiftly. Schlitterbaun and Break Away cruise activities can be purchased there at a discount. Two bikes are included.

Michael has a beautiful condo! Not only was it very well kept and clean, but it had all thee amenities you could think of! The location was amazing also. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you Michael! We had an amazing time!

nice place and quiet

I wish I could give 5 stars. First we got there and were provided 1 roll of TP for each bathroom for the week. The kitchen was equipped with appliances but no paper towels, no coffee filters, no dish towels and just little bit of dish soap. Washer and dryer but no soap for that either. I did not come across any thing that said stop by the store first and buy your supplies. We did go to the store after landing to get food, coffee, sunscreen etc but who buys toilet paper for their stay?. It is just my opinion that they could provide coffee filters and extra TP and paper towels.

The pool is even smaller than it looks in the pictures, it was not much bigger than a wading pool and not clean but we couldn't swim anyway since the water is so cold.

The site states queen size beds, those were the smalled queen beds Ive ever slept in, however they were comfy!

Convenient location just off the main street but not far from beach. The neighbors were quiet and kind, at least one couple live there full time.

Hall bath was not very clean, had something spilled on the walls, looked a little gross and the grout in the corners looked nasty too, just didn't seem clean to me. I have a thing for clean bathrooms and bed, don't think that's too much to ask.

They did have a ton of towels in the hall bath cabinet, we used them in the kitchen as well since there were none.

The owner was very slow to respond to messages through homeaway before our trip and did not even respond to the last two messages. I would suggest calling if you need assistance (which it says just that on some papers in the house).

WIFI works well.

Deposit was refunded within a week

It appeared that if you wanted to grill you would have to tote for propane grill off your porch, through the gate, past the pool and through another gate into a small open area to grill.- weird and not very convenient.

Just behind the liquior store and very close to grocery and restaurants- walking distance to shops, food and beach.

Overall the price was fair at a little over 100 a night for up to 6 people.

We like to try different villas/homes if we visit the same place again so not sure I would stay again but I would stay if no other place appealed to us.

Décor was colorful and fun for a vaca spot.

Clean,neat and a great location

We were here for a beach wedding, it was like a home way from home, it had towels and washcloths for four adults, washer and dryer, lots of kitchen utensils, coffee maker, two bicycles and gas grill and a small pool. The location was great you can walk to the beach or to some of shops and eating places. If we ever get a chance to come back, I will ask for Cloud Dancer unit 2. We were very pleased with our stay there.
