Perfectly located 2,500 sq.ft. open floor plan two story automated home within minutes of casinos, shopping, spa, golf, fine dining, restaurants, parks, grocers, drycleaners, airport, etc.

I lived at this property four years and the neighborhood is great! Very private, safe, and quiet. Even though Las Vegas is a desert this home has amazing views from all sides inside and out upstairs and downstairs. This was a master planned community, so the amount of parks in the vicinity along with miles of bike and walking trails is amazing. Not to mention the greenery all around could make you forget your in Vegas. I guess that's why it became 'Green Valley'. Whether you're a local or vacationer everything you need is within a minutes drive.

Having lived all around the Henderson & Las Vegas area since 1980, in my opinion this area is by far the best...

Interior: Beautifully detailed layout throughout with two almost identical master suites, 22 foot high ceilings in the main great room area w/granite fireplace, 50in hdtv, up lighting, and bamboo hardwood floors. Large kitchen features plenty of cabinet space, island, granite counter tops, under/over cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, & cooking utensils galore. Island seats two and bistro table in nook seats three. Courtyard entry with planters full of green and seating for 4. Hi-top formal dining room table and chairs overlooks the courtyard. Loft has its own balcony with seating for two, desk, computer, oversized chair, ottoman, and sits next to bedroom 3. Each bedroom has its own closet organizer with drawers, dual hanging, shoerack, jewelry box, hamper, shelves, etc. Home automation: Electronic entry (no keys needed), touchscreen temperature and security control make everything easy for any guest to use.

Exterior: Backyard is amazingly landscaped and features covered deck with ceiling fan, misters, lighting, 2 tier tiki bar w/natural gas grill, fridge, and palapa. Seats 4 at patio table, 4 at the bar, and 2 by the pool comfortably. Elevated oversized in-ground spa with water feature, & fire pot. Accessible from downstairs master suite. Open these doors and the backyard becomes an extension of the bedroom complete with 40in hdtv on swivel & wireless speakers. Enjoy your favorite music, show, or ballgame while floating in comfort from your favorite raft.

Owner Comment: I'm confident I won't, but I have yet to have a disappointed guest stay at this property. My goal is to have return guests, so the standard set at this property is pretty high...I wouldn't call this your run of the mill rental. If you decide to book this property, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!

Our Motto...Create a great rapport and reputation with our guests in order to establish return clientele and word of mouth advertisement. All return guests will receive an 8% rate discount, waived deposits, service fees, and all guests that remit payment via domestic check will receive an additional 2.5% discount. Keep in mind if you are a new traveler, communication is key as there are ways to avoid certain fees that are unnecessary and didn't exist until just recently...

The almost identical dual Master Suites sets this home apart from most others along with the properties attention to detail. In addition, this property takes advantage of all it's outdoor living space including a courtyard, a patio on the second level, a covered deck on the first level, an outdoor bar, a spool, and two other lounge areas. You could literally live spend the majority of your time in these areas and the inside in truly on another level. Take a moment and read the reviews of this property and you'll start to understand why this property far outdoes the rest...guaranteed..!

What a lovely home! The nicest rental we have ever stayed in. We loved the decor and it was so nice to have so much space. The yard was very cute...we would have used it even more if it was cooler. Loved the closets and bedroom furniture. Very close to GVR for our daughters dance competition and Lucilles BBQ has great food, Yum!

Loft features small desk w/computer, oversized leather reading chair w/ottomon, full-size blow-up mattress, and view of City. Immaculately kept home with everything you'll need right in the house.

We came to Vegas so that I could race my car in the ultimate street car Optima challenge. My wife doesn't enjoy the Racing so she likes to stay in a nice place. This place was perfect for her to feel safe and relax at the same time. It's close enough to Vegas strip but in beautiful Henderson. Recommend going to the district for some shopping and dining. Take in the view of Vegas from the patio of an awesome Mexican restaurant "Lindo Michoacan" it's high on the hilltop over looking the Vegas lights and a spectacular view of the city. Only 5 minutes from the house. Jason is a great host and very accommodating to your needs. And pet friendly to boot. Love it !

We will be back for sure.

A must stay!

We spent a week on this property. We try to stay in a new state once a year and we've rented many a VRBO. This is by far the nicest! There are three reasons this place stand out. One , the owner is hands off. Nothing is more annoying than to have the owner stop by multiple times or try to be part of your stay.Jason was clear on directions and then let us be. Ofcourse he was avail for questions but thats it. Two, location. Nice neighborhood clean safe area.lastly most VRBOs are bought and they just decorate with cheap furniture etc. this house was well furnished with quality furniture, and SPOTLESS! We are neat freaks and we tried to find dirt etc. we couldnt. This is a must stay.

Upscale house in an upscale community.

This 3 BR home with loft was ideal for us. The home was in great shape and clean. The owner also keeps a computer with wifi available in the loft which came in handy going online and getting show tickets, golf course reviews and reservations.

The two master suites were a plus at the house, and the backyard spa came in handy after a long day of golf.

The owner was very accommodating, available, and worked diligently with us to make the very best of our unforeseen schedule change.

The location is only minutes from an upscale shopping location with varied shops, restaurants, and the Green Valley Ranch Station Casino. And close to the airport and strip. Several nice golf courses are also close by which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We would love to come back again.

Terrific Rental, Excellent and Responsive Owner, 3 month Stay with another coming up.

We rented this lovely house from Jason for a 3 month stay. The house met our every need. It is nicely appointed, comfortable with an electronics suite that kept our TV watching habits well fed. The floor plan is open and very comfortable for meals, guests or just hanging out. The back yard was delightful with a large "spool" and a great Palapa Bar and Grill area with a small refrigerator, great for sitting out, reading, splashing or just relaxing. Hummingbirds are fed in multiple locations at the property, and it became a real joy to watch them daily, ensuring their food source was uninterrupted. The yard offered artificial turf, cool deck and real grass and the property has misters throughout. At night the view from the top deck north to the Strip was lovely.

The house amenities were great, Good water pressure, water is run through a softener, convenient washer and dryer, accessible and very useful 3 car garage. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed for our 3 month stay.

This house is ideally located in Henderson, away from the hub-bub but within a 10 minute drive. We got to the airport in 9 minutes from the house and the strip in 12 minutes. Terrific location to hit restaurants and other amenities all through out Henderson, The Strip and Downtown literally in mere minutes.

Jason, the owner was terrific, Honest, straightforward, engaging and genuinely concerned with our stay and comfort. He is responsive and really a nice guy who we are looking forward to seeing again. We will do just that as we have rented the place for another few months beginning in June of 2016. We can wholeheartedly commend Jason and his property to you if you are looking for a well maintained, comfortable stay in a terrific location!

Amazing property

This property is the best we ever stayed at. The house is not only amazing but the property owner is always available to answer any questions you have. I have a disability and stayed at the property the majority of time alone the owner was always open to answer any questions I had. We had our family join us they also loved the property. I would recommend this property to family and friends. Thanks for the great time.
