Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 / Woodmen Road exit (the next exit south of Academy Boulevard exit). Your vacation home is just minutes away from movie theaters, a mall, fitness centers and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, the US Olympic Training Complex, The Broadmoor Hotel, World Arena functions and many more attractions. Other Activities: 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University, 5 minutes from hot air balloon rides.

No pets, no smoking please. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, blender, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, cozy breakfast nook with two bar stools right next to the dining room table that seats 6. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR player.

If additional sleeping facilities are required the fully finished basement may be available for an additional fee that sleeps 4 and is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.

Perfect Again!!

This was our 3rd stay in this Townhome. Our son attended The Academy, graduated and now stationed in COS. We've thoroughly enjoyed staying each time and it really works well for our family, and Craig & Nicolette are so easy to work with! Thanks again!! It was a great Thanksgiving stay and no doubt we'll be renting the Townhome again on our next visit.

Comfortable Townhome in a quiet community.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit our son who is attending USAFA. We found this townhome very comfortable to spend a lazy weekend catching up with our son. The family room and dining area offered a great lay out for us. it was very clean and well maintained. It was in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Also close to USAFA!

Satisfactory for 4 Adults and 2 toddlers

House space was adequate although not as spacious as appeared in the pictures. Owners responded quickly to questions we had prior to our arrival. Nice safe location that was near the sites we wanted to visit.

Main dislike was that the queen beds were very hard. Not comfortable at all so none of the adults slept very well.

If you are a coffee drinker, bring coffee as it is not supplied. A bit surprised at that as hotels supply coffee in the rooms.

Owner's Response: Hi Janice, thanks for the inputs, much appreciated. - Bed preferences vary with each person, we are sorry that they were not to your liking. If you need a soft bed in the future we would suggest asking to owners what type of mattress they have. We will look into a foam topper for those that prefer a softer bed. - We are not a hotel, we are sharing our home that has all kitchen appliances available so that you can make your stay as comfortable as possible. Most people like different types of coffee, so trying to cater to all tastes would be a little difficult. If this is a requirement for you in the future I would suggest letting the owners know so that they can try to meet your needs. - The website lists the square footage, sorry if the photos led you to believe that it is larger than you thought it should be. Just like home

I couldn't be happier with this house. It was perfect to accommodate my family. Clean, well stacked with all the things you would need and even thought of little extras. At first, when I received the 4 page instructions, I was overwhelmed, but after having read it, I was so happy to have it. It provided all I needed to know and answered all my questions. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The one thing I have experienced in the past by bringing little ones, is the noise. It was quite, even with a crying baby. Thank you for your hospitality.
