Peregrine - One Of The Largest Condos At Copper Mountain

Imagine being slope side in an amazing condo with the ski lift only a 2 minute walk from the building. That's our condo at Copper Mountain. You have 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a loft with 2 sets of bunk beds, on 2 levels all in a recently remodeled residence. You have a free bus stopping across the street that will take you anywhere in the resort at all hours of the day and night. There's the Copper Station day lodge where you can rent or buy skiing and riding equipment and purchase lift tickets and ski / ride lessons. The Tubing Hill is just outside the lodge and is a blast for the young and 'old' alike.

And don't miss the great Apres Ski festivities at JJ's in the lodge. There's music, sing along, food and beverages for young and 'old' alike with a great dinner menu. On sunny days sit outside and watch the skiers and riders rip down Rosie's Run. And when you're done it's a short walk 'home' to our condo!

First Floor: Outside, at the entry door to our unit, is our own private ski storage locker for ten to twelve pairs of skis. Inside, the lower level of our spacious condo features a sunny balcony that faces to the West and overlooks the eighth tee of Copper Creek golf course.

The large living area features a vaulted ceiling that drifts up to a large, enclosed loft with windows. On the first floor is a kitchen fully equipped for large families, and features a breakfast bar with four barstools.

NOTE: This kitchen has been COMPLETELY remodeled.

The adjoining dining room is furnished with a large family-size table and chairs for eight. The living room contains a sofa that opens into a queen size sleeper (space for two), a pair of love seats, large coffee table a gas log fireplace, a CD player and radio, and a color TV (with VCR/DVD player) on the cable system with numerous stations.

We also provide you with three high capacity humidifiers for your comfort in our dry climate.

Second Floor: A wide open staircase leads to the upper level containing a loft and third bedroom, and features a landing overlooking the living area. The spacious loft is separated from the lower living area by glass panels and a door at the top of the stairs.

It’s nicely furnished with living room furniture and a two sets of adult sized bunk beds (4 sleeping spaces), and is flooded with morning light from the 12-ft. high vertical window in the back wall. There are books and games for all ages, as well as a second color TV on the cable system and a DVD and VCR player.

The 3rd private bedroom adjoins the loft, and is identical to the Master bedroom on the first floor. This level is ideal for those seeking quiet and privacy - like for older adults or children.

FANTASTIC WEATHER! Monday night gave us 6" new show at the top, maybe 2" at the bottom. Temps in low to mid 30's at base - sunny - couldn't have asked for anything better!



We're amazed at how well stocked this condo is! The layout is great - kids room upstairs is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable. The humidifiers are a great idea.



We had 2 families staying. One family from NC w/5 year old twins, one family from Boulder w/a 7 year old (all boys). The boys took snowboarding lessons for 2 days - the ski school is FANTASTIC and worth every penny.



One of us hadn't skied in 20 years! And guess what - it was as though she had skited yesterday!



Overall, a SUPER condo, a SUPER vacation!

Great location!

Great location very near the Superbee lift in East Copper Village. We had a group of 5 (1 couple and 3 singles). The condo was a good size, had great common areas, and good sized bedrooms. The hot tub is downstairs, but it is easy to access via an elevator and we never had a problem using it. Parking was also very easy. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

We found the condo very spacious, fully stocked for cooking, and located close to shuttle stops. Thankful for elevator and luggage carts since located on third floor. We hope to return to Colorado soon!!! We had a group of 6 and had more than enough room. Easy to get to from I-70. We had a great time skiing during the day and just hanging out in the evenings watching Christmas movies and playing scrabble!

Great location to explore the mountains

We used the condo as a "base camp" for bike riding to Vail, Breckenridge, Leadville and even a drive over to ride up Mt. Evans. While the overall location was good, we were a bit disappointed that the elevator to our 3rd floor condo said "no bicycles".

The view across the golf course was pretty nice and I didn't mind seeing the interstate. It was kind of fun looking at the various light combinations on the semis rolling through. The interstate noise was noticeable but didn't stop me from sleeping with the window open.

We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen appliances and pots/pans were certainly good vs. some of the cheap pots/pans/stove tops that you get at a suite hotel.

Our 6 adults fit nicely without bumping into each other in the common areas. It would get a bit interesting with kids as the common area doesn't have a large play area.

Great for our need

Had a wedding to attend to and did not want to rent a hotel room for three days. We enjoyed this comfortable condo, but only had 6 people. Bedroom and bathroom set ups are great, place is very comfortable. It would be tight for 12 people but it is wonderful for 6-8.

Great Location!

Our family of 6 spent the post holiday week (12/26-1/2) at Copper Mountain. This condo was located very close to the Superbee lift, which was wonderful. We were also very close to the bus stop, which made getting around the resort a breeze. Our family had a great week of skiing!

The condo is very nicely furnished with many nice updates, our only complaint would be that the bed in the upper master might be in need of updating, as it was very hard. The property was very clean and well maintained. A nice feature was that the owner provided humidifiers for all the bedrooms...they really helped!

We ate at several of the restaurants located at the resort and they all were very good! JJ's and Endo's were great! However, we would not recommend Double Black Diamond (though we went there on New Year's day, so that may have been why the service and food were less than anticipated).

The owner was very nice to work with and we would recommend this property if you are looking for a large condo with a great location!

Summer Vacation

Great location to stay with views of the golf course. Easy access to I-70.

Condo was very clean. Every thing you needed was there.

Very spacious unit all the rooms were nicely decorated.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to friends and family.

Owner was very pleasant and efficient to deal with.

The Peregrine condominium building is located in Copper Mountain Resort’s East Village. Our condo, #302, is a corner unit on the third (top) floor, faces west, and features a loft, thee bedrooms, and three full baths all on two levels. It’s almost 1600 square feet and will comfortably accommodate ten to twelve adults.

Other Activities: Kayaking, snowmobiling, racquetball, mini golf, shopping, rafting, boating, snowboarding, and wildlife viewing.
