The $124 rate includes cleaning charges and taxes for this lovely one bedroom condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The accommodation is very comfortable, welcoming, and has dramatic views of Atlanta from the large screened private balcony. Reserved parking included!
The building is centrally located in a tourist/business area right on Peachtree Street. The district is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors convieniently positioned to help and guide.
All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium (10), World of Coca Cola(10), CNN(15), Centennial Olympic Park(10), Phillips Arena(15), and the Georgia Dome(15-20). The condo is also just a couple of blocks from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.
If your sole destination is the metro Atlanta area and your entry point is Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, the building is ideally located just a short walk from two MARTA rail stations. MARTA is a direct 20-30 minute link to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, while also offering easy direct rides to Midtown and Buckhead malls, parks, and attractions. If your visit includes just touring Atlanta, shopping, and seeing the sights, no car is required.
Owner for 10+ years, with a good knowledge of the area. I have been employed for 16 years at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, and the proximity of the property, and the easy access to all Atlanta has to offer is what initally attracted me.
Peter Roberts purchased this condo in 2001
Located just steps from many of the Atlanta attractions, markets and conventions. Other Atlanta destinations easily accessible by Marta rail, which is 200 yards away.
Reserved parking just steps from the condo. You can easily see your vehicle from the condo.
Taxis are located just across Peachtree St.
Absolutely amazing so clean!!! Great great location. Walking distance to Coca Cola world and aquarium also a cool above ground train ride to Martin Luther king historic site MUST SEE 14 minute ride will def come back and recommend to anyone wanting to do trip! No car rental needed if your interested in just doing these things. Uber from airport was only 19 dollars:). The condo itself is so clean and cozy and the bed so very comfy. It was myself my husband and 10 year old. There is a sofa bed with extra linen. Owner very kind and friendly very easy to communicate with. Thank you peter for allowing us to rent your gorgeous condo.
Great unit super close to americas mart. Clean and neat but could have used a full length mirror. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Market
I would highly recommend renting this condo if you are heading to Atlanta for a trip. First, the owner made check-in and check-out very easy and seamless. He emailed me directions on where to pick up the keys and a parking pass. The building has 24-hr controlled access. He also attached maps for nearby attractions, including the closest grocery store and pharmacy. He has very detailed instructions on how to adjust the temperature and work the remote controls. He also provides MARC train passes and a card for the building washing machine.
The condo is completely updated and has lots of storage. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a screened back porch so you can sit outside and enjoy the weather. When we were inside the condo with the doors and windows closed it was quiet, we could not hear anyway street noise.
The condo was about 0.5 miles to the Georgia Aquarium and several museums. It is only about 2 blocks from the MARC train station and several restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.
We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Atlanta.
Pretty quiet unit with nice view of Atlanta. The security personnel were pleasant, the unit was clean and 'fairly' maintained. Would have preferred to have a working washing machine and better hot water pressure in the shower. We stayed in November when temperatures were fluctuating. We learned the hard way that the building controls the a/c and heat and switch it 'for the season'....we opened windows, but without screens, we didn't open them much.
Our 'reserved' parking space was occupied by someone else the entire time we were there...but we decided not to rent a car, so it wasn't an issue for us.
The owner was responsive.
My wife, infant son, and I spent the week in this great downtown apartment. Peter was very easy to work with and the apartment was everything he described it to be. The apartment is clean and well maintained, has an included FREE parking space, and is in a great location. The building also has a secure front entry and the building staff are super friendly! We would highly recommend staying here!
Some things to be kept up with (shower head, an electrical outlet, a light, towel hooks for bathroom), AND, this condo is a very accommodating and pleasant place to stay near many nice places in downtown Atlanta. Quiet, comfortable, nice neighborhood; it suited us perfectly.

Places to eat:
In walking distance there's Legal Seafood by the Aquarium, Ray's in the City just up the street (seafood), Dantana's in the CNN/Phillips building, Mehann's Bar and Grill (Irish pub just past Ray's), Ted's Montana Grill on Spring (right on International and left on Spring), and numerous others in between. Midtown (1.5 miles north on Peachtree) has dozens in the Crescent Avenue/14th St/Piedmont Park Area - Ecco, Vickery, Fuiego, Front Page News. My favorite is a place called Two Urban Licks on Ralph McGill (2 miles east on Ralph McGill ).
Very local - 10-15 min walk: Georgia Aquarium (it really is very good if you like that kind of thing), World of Coke, CNN Center (fun place with interesting tour of the media operation), Phillips Arena, The Georgia Dome and Olympic Park. Just walk up to International Blvd and turn right.
Local 20 minute walk north or 5 minute MARTA to 10th St: Midtown, with Piedmont Park (my favorite), Arts Center (very nice), and a generally nice place to be. Atlantic Station is a short drive or 20 minute walk from Midtown, and offers shopping and restaurants.
Local 20 minute walk east/5 minute cab ride: MLK Jr Center
Drive 15 minutes/MARTA 15 minutes: Buckhead (shopping), Atlanta History Center, Turner Field
Drive 30-40 minutes: Stone Mountain - well worth a visit if you have transport and the time.

My Standard Rate
2 night minimum stay
The $50 deposit secures the reservation, and would be returned after your stay. I know I don't like additional charges and surprise fees when I travel, so below is an example of a total charge you can expect:
2 nights: 2 x $124 = $248 + $50 deposit = $298. The $50 will be returned making the total paid $248.
Cleaning charges and taxes are included.
* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.
