This beautiful home is an outstanding example of Palm Springs 'rat pack' style, updated with all the modern conveniences. Its open, spacious design captures the feeling of the Palm Springs mid-century design, but has been updated to make it comfortable and inviting.
You enter this home into a beautiful open great room, featuring comfortable sitting areas and a beautiful wood burning fireplace. From the great room, you can pass through the double front doors into the private front yard, which features a sitting area with fire pit and views of the inviting San Jacinto mountains. The great room (as well as the dining room and master bedroom) also leads to the private backyard, where you'll enjoy the pebble tech pool, patio and large grassy lawns and fruit trees. This three bedroom (two bedroom with queen beds, one bedroom with two twin beds), two (full) bathroom home also has a complete kitchen, dining area (with seating for eight) and laundry room -- everything you'll need to make your stay complete. An optional casita (one bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette) is available upon request.
The home is ideally located, less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs and located conveniently near the airport, shopping, and fine dining. Located in a neighborhood of beautifully restored mid-century modern homes, this home will make your Palm Springs experience complete!

This house was great for our family of 8 adults (and our 3 small dogs). The large kitchen and living space was perfect. Backyard was spacious and the overhead fans on the patio helped keep the space a little bit cooler. We spent most of the day in the pool! Overall great experience and management made the rental experience easy and worry free. Planning to make this an annual family trip and can't wait for next year!
Great house for a fun and relaxing two family spring break! Plenty of room for the kids, lots of fun in the pool, relaxing evenings outside with a full moon and a fire. Hard to say who had more fun, the kids or the parents :) Very responsive folks managing the rental and they made the whole experience easy and stress free. No hassle and no stress, lots of fun and lots of relaxation. Couldn't have asked for more.
Great house in a great location. We were a family of 8 reuniting for the holidays. The house worked out perfect for us. The kids were able to stay active in the pool all day, while the adults were able to relax in the sun. The casita was an added bonus as it was detached and private from the main house. Centrally located to downtown and the airport. Grocery stores were easy to get to as well. Everyone hated to leave.
This was by far the best get away we had in years. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Nick who was friendly and welcoming. The home was clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, close to downtown by far enough removed to be quiet and relaxing. We will Defiantly be back Thank you!!!
