Stunning condo at The Cliff is the most impressive and securely gated property on the island. Beautiful panoramic views both day and moonlit nights. Semi private beach is just steps down from The Cliff. The azure Caribbean Cupecoy Beach has beach chairs and umbrellas available. Beach time every day is a bonus; no need to travel by car. Parking is provided if you decide to rent a car.

The Cliff also offers a Café, Christian Dior Spa, fully appointed fitness room, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor lap pool, outdoor pool and tennis court. The amenities are for all of our guests to enjoy. Atlantis Casino is across the street, surrounded by a variety of the best restaurants on the island. Mullet Bay is a beautiful beach only a few minute walk away with great snorkeling and swimming. Another short walk takes you to the naturalist beach on the Dutch side.

If you want a quiet vacation, this is it... or another 5 minutes away is the stylish Maho area where you will find nightclubs, dancing, shopping and more. Everyone has heard of Orient Beach on the French side - you can find a favorite beach among the 38 named beaches on the French & Dutch sides. You can shop both in Phillipsburg, Dutch capital, where the majority of the cruise ships land or go to an open air Market in Marigot, French capital. Come enjoy 'The Friendly Islands.'

We bought multiple units at The Cliff because the developer is also a resident. We knew that the quality of residence, the security, the upkeep would always be maintained. We love the place and the people.

What makes this condo unique

If you are inclined to workout - Italian fitness equipment is available at the on-site fitness facility. This overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the Island of Saba. A Cafe is available and can bring breakfast or lunch to your condo. If you like the relaxation of the pool, want a separate lap-pool, jacuzzi, beach time - these are on the property. No problem if you care not to rent a car and explore within walking distance of The Cliff. All of these can be reached by foot: Mullet Beach, Golf Course, Atlantis Casino - numerous restaurants. Danny's naturalist beach is close by. The Petite Market, the Blue Mall, Gourmet Grand Marche, and Porto Cupecoy property and shopping another five minutes. You will love the location. Our residence has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. All rooms have a private balcony. Our two bedroom unit is the largest of the two bedroom units in the entire facility. We are a high floor, corner unit, which provides superior views of the Caribbean.

Tennis; the open Lobby with original artwork, State of the Art Fitness Area, Christian Dior Spa, Concierge, and Le Cafe - all overlook the Caribbean Sea - spectacular design. Across the street, surrounding the Atlantis Casino are International Restuarants, enough for a different dining spot each evening. Gourmet Restaurant is the opposite way at Porto Cupecoy for all your gourmet needs. French wines are priced right and just minutes away. Beaches are around every corner; the only naturalist beach on the Dutch side is only one-minute towards the French side, as well.

Wonderful Holiday

When we walked into the apartment, we knew immediately how lucky we were to have found it, especially in high season. The apartment is top notch - everything we hoped it would be and more - spacious, tastefully furnished, and outfitted with all the appliances and utensils our family of six needed. The common area as well as each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the sea and with sunset views it was so nice to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The Cliff has all the accommodations of a resort - pools, café, gym, beachfront - and the elevator assigned to the A / B wing is very private and opens to only two apartments on each floor. The location is great with good restaurants are right across the street, within walking distance. A warm thank you to the owners for helping to make our holiday so special. We definitely will go back and we highly recommend this property.
