Always a good time at this home.

Very nice home in great location and reasonable price. We have stayed for several years and wish we had time to stay longer.

Great house!

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in a very convenient area. It has everything that you could need both in the house and to take to the beach. Had a small technical problem when we arrived, which of course happens, but the owner dealt with it immediately and was taken care of extremely promptly, which is all you can ask. Very happy overall.

Owner's Response: I can only assume that we received the first review with less than 5 stars because the air conditioner failed during his stay. The review also explains that it was repaired promptly. He obviously seemed satisfied otherwise.

Highly Recommended!!

This is the third time we've stayed at this home in Naples over the last 2 years (I think this alone, speaks for itself!), and we plan on going back next March.

This is a beautiful, immaculate, clean, well-maintained property , with all the amenities necessary for our time away, except for some personal items and food of our choosing, of course. All appliances are up to date, there is a beautiful pool and lanai in the backyard, comfortable beds, and it's close to Delnor Wiggins state park, which we visited every day for access to the beach in the morning and at sunset, using the park pass provided by the owners, which allowed us to park for free (although the beach is within walking or biking distance also)-- and there are numerous bikes provided. This is by far the nicest beach I've been to in the USA.

For me, finding a home that was hypoallergenic was important, and this home fit the bill with hypoallergenic bedding, and no history of pet visitations.

Knowing that the owners are readily accessible by phone or email for questions, concerns, or recommendations on what to do in Naples is also reassuring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, as it is suitable for individuals and families of all ages.

It is like coming home every winter

  • 5 of 5

We have been coming for several winters to this beautiful home. We started with two weeks, this year we stayed three weeks and next year we will stay four. He had tried other homes over the years during the winter, but this house feels like staying in your own home. We have had our children and grandchildren join us on occasion and there is plenty of room and lots to do. Even the babies have toys and equipment to use that we don't have to haul from home.

The location is wonderful and we prefer that it isn't in a far off gated community, but in a neighborhood that is close to shopping, parks, the beach etc. The pool is really our favorite because the temperature is always comfortable and it is so private. It doesn't matter what you look like in a bathing suit! We have tried some nice restaurants, but we enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen and using the grill. Although we have never met, Ed is beginning to feel like family.

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

My family and I just returned from a week stay. The house was so nice! So much bigger then the pictures show. It has a great den area that could really be used a fourth bedroom. This house has everything you need to make your stay in Naples great. It is so kid friendly. Lots of toys, a pack n play, a bed railing, and room for them to run. We love the Naples Park area. It's so close to stores, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. It was great to hop on a bike and ride through Wiggins Pass. The pool area is also great. There is enough room that we enjoyed doing yoga out there. The beds were also wonderful. Usually towards the end of vacation you are excited to get home and sleep in your bed. Not this time. They were so comfortable. The owner, Ed, was also great. He was quick to respond to my emails and very easy to work with. My family and I look forward to visiting again!

The property was everything and more than we expected.

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful home. The listing description was spot on. The owners accurately described their property and their pride of ownership is clearly evident upon entering the home. Fully furnished. Very clean. It accommodated 3 adult couples perfectly. We enjoyed cooking together and socializing in a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. Stores and restaurants a very close but not on top of you. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. If I were to return to Naples and needed a place for 6 people to stay, I would look forward to renting this home from these owners.
