The other buildings at Capitol Peak are farther away from the slopes, restaurants, ski school, and lifts. Trust me, Building C is way to far to walk in ski boots. *** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these newly built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.

Great location at the bottom of Snowmass. You are literally right next to the gondola, ski rental and restaurants! The condo is very nice and cozy. Great views! We plan to book this condo again soon!

We have been traveling to Snowmass for the last several years and have stayed in various condos/hotels throughout. This is our 2nd time at Capitol Peak and this condo was by far the best location. You walk out the door and the gondola is directly in front of you. The condo was spacious for my family of 3, and was in perfect condition. Roget was extremely prompt in communicating with me, and was so kind to leave us a bottle of wine after our long, early morning journey. Additionally, we had a late flight out on the return, and he allowed us to check out very late on that day. The 18 inches on arrival was fabulous too! Thank you, Roget, for everything!!! We will be in touch next year to do it all again!

Perfect Condo on a Perfect Mountain
I can't say enough about the location and accommodations of this rental. We come to Snowmass every year and this is by far our favorite place to stay. From the great location in base village to the deck views of elk grazing on the mountain, we had a wonderful, magical time. The 2+ feet of snow was icing on the cake.

Wow the Location and Luxury of this unit can't be beat!
I was a bit hesitant at first to book this place at the bottom of Fanny Hill, but wow it was worth it. Kids ski school is right next door and main lift and gondolas are right there too. These are the newest condos to be built at Snowmass Village since the 80's and it shows. The old stuff is stinky with thin walls and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. This complex is awesome with great restaurants, a mini mart, and shopping right there.
