Enjoy the best of Loreto Bay in this beautiful Mexican Villa just steps from the beach. Ideally located in a resort community with golf, tennis, swimming and hotel pool bar overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
You can swim, kayak, fish and snorkel to see a colorful array of marine life. Or just choose a book from the community center's library and relax under a beach front palapas with a margarita.
The villa has an inner courtyard with a soothing fountain, painted tilework as well as other architectural details that capture the essence of Mexico.

About Christina Crawford
I love swimming, kayaking and snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez and Loreto Bay has the perfect climate to do this! I live in San Francisco, but always look forward to my trips with family and friends to Loreto Bay, where its sunny and warm and my neighbors enjoy Loreto Bay's beauty as much as I do.
Christina Crawford purchased this Villa in 2007
Why Christina Crawford chose Loreto Municipality
I learned about Loreto Bay from some friends who also built a home here.

Another Great Visit To Loreto
Our second year at this development and we will be returning every year. This give you the option of having many English speaking visitors or you can go into town and speak some Spanish. Though most of these properties have similar designs, we liked this one for a couple of reasons. First we don't think you need a third floor birds nest so, the second floor deck was bigger and more inviting. There is a built in grill that worked great. Also, some of the villas have a design where you have to go into the courtyard to get to the lower bedroom and bathroom. This one has indoor access which we liked.
Make sure you go to the store first thing to get water, ice and maybe baggies or plastic wrap/aluminum foil along with your food. The kitchen is well equipped and nicely designed. Some small things which didn't bother us too much: the fan light is broken so makes the room a bit darker and the television cable was not working. The Olympics were on but it was fine not to watch. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. The master upstairs has a big older unit and it was a bit noisy so we opened the windows and got the cool breeze at night. all windows are screened so that is great. Also the master has a big walk in closet. The only change I would make as an owner is either replace the desk with a dresser or get a new wardrobe piece. We were traveling for a month and like to put our clothes away. There was not place to do this in the master a television took up all the room.
I would definitely recommend this property.
Loreto is amazing! Great food, wonderful drinks and warm weather all at a very inexpensive price. Unlike many locations in Mexico, Loreto is not overcrowded and is super inexpensive. Our accommodations were excellent. Room for 4 with internet, tvs, air conditioning and just a minute walk to the beach (or pool). Will definitely be back.
excellent trip, house, host, weather and community
We had never been to Loreto and was so happy, it was exactly what we wanted, a quiet intimate trip together, the house was great, easy to get to, beautiful, clean had all the ammenities . Christina was extremely accommodating in helping us find things once we were there. She was very quick to respond to every need. The community was gracious and welcoming. Overall greta trip, will definitely be back!
Absolutely love the villa in Nopolo. What a great villa...had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable...a perfect home away from home. So close to the beach and pool and there were amazing restaurants just around the corner with very healthy and excellent tasting food and many other great restaurants within walking distance. So easy to get to from the airport and a very friendly and safe feeling community. And town was just minutes away for when we wanted to go shopping. Recommend a boat trip to Coronado Island...a fun trip. I couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and ease of the setting up the stay! Highly recommend this Villa!
Beautiful home.....cannot think of anything we needed that wasn't here.
Loreto Bay/Nopolo is hidden treasure. So beautiful, reasonably priced golf, great food, friendly people. ...we caught many yellowtail with Blue Anchor/ captain Abrams. ..all dealings with Christina couldn't have been better. We'll be back next year , hopefully for a longer stay..
Very nice place. Comfortable and close walking to everything!
