This condo has wireless internet and large deck with patio set. There is an outdoor hot tub in the complex and also guests can use the Upper Village pool/hot tub complex. Park Place is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and the area where the annual ice sculpting contest is held, and is just one block from the heart of downtown.

Excellent location, nice outdoor porch/seating and overall condo layout, but that's about it
Great location with walking distance to/from shuttle bus as well as ski-in return off 4 O'Clock trail, and to restaurants and shops in town. Condo itself was very, very outdated other than flat screen TV's and Wifi. The mattresses and pillows were old, flat and uncomfortable and between my husband and I, we only had 1 good night of sleep. We did one load of wash during our stay which took 4 dryer cycles to dry, so we avoided using it. Also, throughout the house there were instructional pictures for how the place was supposed to look. Not sure if this was meant for the cleaners or guests, but if it was for the latter, we found this tacky. The rental company already charged us the cleaning fee, so we were paying for it. We also requested a late checkout by 2 hours, and were charged a fee. Considering that the place was not cheap, we had higher expectations. We hope to book much earlier next time so we have more options.

It was Great, very clean, good location - a few minutes walk to Main Street, exactly as described! We stayed here as a family of three, however we could easily fit more people, if we needed to. We would definitely come back here again.

My friends and I stayed at Park Place Condos for a weekend (4 day) ski trip. It was a nice condo, not the newest, but had nice touches inside. The showers ran hot with plenty of hot water, and all of the kitchen equipment worked excellent for cooking dinner at night and breakfast in the morning. Also, it was very close (5 minute walk, if you walk slow) to several shuttle stops for the free Breckenridge shuttle routes. This made it easy to get to the mountain. Being by the end of the 4 O'Clock run meant we could ski home after the day was done! Great experience.

Summer Highlights: Walk 2 blocks up the street to two trails that go alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4 mile hike to 4 O'Clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can walk 1/2 block to the 4 O'Clock Trail and then hike to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8 . Mountain bike up the 4 O'Clock Trail or ride a 'comfort' bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River (get a 20% LaZal Resort (Summit) Vacations guest discount on bike rentals). Enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. Winter Highlights: Walk up the street (800 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get to the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
