In the heart of the Southwest, everything is easily accessible from this perfectly located condo. Just two miles from magnificent Camelback Mountain, 10-15 minutes northeast to Old Town Scottsdale, and ASU. Papago Park, Botanical Gardens and the Phoenix Zoo are all just a hop, skip and a jump from this beautiful condo. There are golf courses in every direction or you can go tubing at the Salt River for a change of pace. The Grand Canyon is just under a 4 hour drive so why not stop in Sedona along the way to see the Chapel in the Hills or take the kids to Slide Rock State Park. You may not want to leave this great condo and complex but should you decide to venture out, the possibilities are endless. Please also see Property No. 155621.

There were special touches throughout this rental! As we entered, there was a lovely bouquet welcoming us to our vacation home. The decorating had the touch of someone who had given special thought to, as well as, "eye appealing" amenities. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pans. We ate most of our meals at the rental. The laundry was convenient - next door. Even better, we never heard any noise from the machines, which were new. This ground floor rental was convenient to the parking of our auto which was under shelter and just behind our condo. There were games in the closet, and with our 2 granddaughters, we spent a couple of evenings playing "Life", "Apples to Apples" and "Concentration" until their parents returned to take them to bed. The owners had given excellent directions before we arrived, and we found them to be very open in addressing prior questions. Across the street from this complex was a Walgreen store and just down the street, a short distance, was the Fry's grocery store and a nice bowling alley. The keys had a Fry card which was used when we shopped. The location was only a short drive to Historic Scottsdale, Arizona State University (where we attended a Women's Basketball game), and Freeways which made it easy to get around the greater Phoenix area. A brisk morning walk to a park area near by, was a nice way to begin the day. There are many nice restaurants near by as well. We enjoyed US Egg. We found that after a busy day, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had a good night's rest. We highly recommend this property as a relaxing and enjoyable vacation rental.

Excellent Condo

We stayed at Jim & Peggy's condo from Feb 1 - March 31st. The condo was great and very comfortable. It was stocked with everything you need. Close to the baseball and lots of golf. The BBQ's were very clean and a real bonus to us as we do a lot of cooked meals. The complex is really well kept with lots of flowering bushes. We definitely recommend this condo and will be coming back next year.

Very Nice Complex

This was the first time I ever rented a condo, (don't know why in all this years I haven't) and it was a pleasurable experience. I'm so glad this one was at ground level because as usual I bring too many outfits and would have hated to climb the stairs. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need for your stay, even batteries for the clock that was stopped. It was clean and Jim & Peggy provided excellent instructions for wifi, where keys were located and so on. I spent a lot of time at the pool. It's very well taken care of as well as the whole complex. Very relaxing place to be for sure. Very friendly people I met at the complex. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants and some hiking mountains that I went to every morning. Down the street is Camel Back Mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is all that it is advertised. The ddevelopment is older but well maintained and quiet.

The condo and development is older and dated. The furnishing are large and plush and dated as well. The condo is clean and quiet if a bit dark as are many floor level condos. For the price the unit is very nice but know what you are getting an older unit with popcorn ceilingd, over stuffed furniture, etc. If cozy snd quiet with a great location at reasonable price is what you want this fits the bill, just don't expect an updated modern condo with granite countertops, wood floors and/or new carpets and you will enjoy your stay. We did.

Can't summarize awesome.

Clean, quiet, South West decor and convenient to shop and coffee. The kitchen was well stoked with cooking utensils, the wifi, the air condition and paper products were all there. After 5 days we had to leave, and I felt remorseful, it had become like home.

Nice quiet vacation spot

Loved staying here, very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. the property was very well kept and had a nice pool, handy grill and nice laundry facilities.It was nice to have two bathrooms also.Nice and clean with everything you need.

During the Winter Rate period, weekly rentals are available in December only. January 1st through March 31st is restricted to month to month rentals only.

Check in is 3:00 p.m. - Check out 11:00 a.m. When possible, we do offer flexibility upon request depending on the rental schedules.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
