Pavilion Palms is a "low-rise" community perfectly situated away from the crowds and congestion associated with "high-rise" apartment buildings. Our central location on Scenic Gulf Drive is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and an abundance of activities. We are located approximately 1/8 mile West of Pampano Joe's Restaurant.
The entrance to Pavilion Palms is gated for your privacy, and the elevators are conveniently positioned. Our Condominium is located on the second floor of a three-story building. There is a seasonally heated pool located within the private courtyard surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.
The furnishings in our Non-Smoking condominium are brand new , including new mattresses, new appliances, freshly painted and wall to wall tile floor. The decor is bright, beachy, and reflects a casual Florida elegance. This is truly an exceptionally equipped condominium.
The master bedroom features the luxury of a King-size bed, two nightstands, triple dresser, chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet. French doors open from the bedroom to the balcony. The master bathroom is spacious and offers two separate sink areas, shower, and bathtub. Other amenities include cable television, VCR, alarm clock, and telephone.
The second guest suite also offers the luxury of a King-size bed, two nightstands, triple dresser, private bathroom with tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. Other amenities include cable television, alarm clock, and telephone.
The third guest suite accommodates two Full-Size beds, one nightstand, triple dresser, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. Again cable television, VCR, alarm clock, and telephone are standard.
The living area is furnished with a Queen-Size sleeper sofa, two leather/swivel recliners with ottomans, a 46 inch Sony Widescreen HDTV, DVD, and Sony stereo system. French doors open from the living area to the very large balcony. The gulf view, along with the streaming sunlight, make for a fantastic morning cup of coffee or a romantic evening dinner.
The Kitchen has been fully-equipped with the needs of a chef in mind. Along with the standard items (coffee maker, can opener), a blender, crock pot, lobster pot, electric steamer, waffle maker, food processor plus more are provided for your culinary needs.
Dining can be arranged for six at our dining table. In addition there are four stools at the large adjacent bar area. The walk-in utility room features a full-size washer and dryer.
Also for your convenience is a secured, private two-car, tandem garage with an automatic garage door opener. This is perfect for keeping your small fishing boat or car cool and secure in the hot summer months.
Our location is ideal, the property is exceptional, and the amenities are outstanding.

Excellent space, clean, large and very accommodating with all retail outlets needed just a minutes drive away with a short walk to the beach...Awesome!!!
We had such a great time at Bia's condo. She was very helpful, accommodating and wonderful to work with. We even ended up extending our stay by a night. We loved the electric grill on the patio. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay down in Destin. We have stayed at Pavilion Palms 6 times in different condos and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend to everyone.
The condo is very roomy and suited our large family. Gated condo and 2 car garage are a big plus and provided extra security for our stay during a high traffic week. The car was cool upon entering when stored in garage. Condo is very well furnished and comfortable for multiple families staying together. We had 4 children and were relieved that the garages were directly under our condo, so their “pitter patter” of little feet didn’t disturb anyone below. Elevator takes you directly to front door of condo but we just used the stairs. Crock pot listed is more like a rice cooker, and didn’t suit us, but that was minute compared to all the pluses this condo offers. Outside shower at pool area was great to rinse off after a day at the beach before coming up to the room. This was our first stay that wasn’t gulf front but Walk to public beach access was easy and very accessible. The only reason a 5star was not given is because of the gated community you have to walk around/through all 3 PPalm's buildings to access the beach. This again is an easy walk and we were pleased, however, carrying beach umbrellas and canopies for a day of water play is tiring. We are hoping the owner will purchase a golf cart before our next stay to transport the heavy stuff. :-) We tried to rent one through another rental agency because all carts were rented out locally, but because we were staying at a condo they refused to rent to us due to no safe place to store and charge it overnight. We even tried to explain we had a garage, but it didn’t work. Next time we will plan ahead and book early for street legal carts or we will have to bring a rolling beach cart to accommodate this need. Miramar public beach access is directly in front of condo yet the beaches were not as crowded as Destin. We loved this beach and plan on returning again next year. This was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!
This condo is so roomy!! Very comfortable. The Pavilion Palms complex is back a few yards from the highway but still very accessible to the beach. The owner and the realty office were very responsive and helpful with any question or minor problem!! Already booked our next trip for this condo.
