This modern, beautifully appointed condo sits on the shores of the lake, about 18 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and about two miles by boat. You'll enjoy everything the towns have to offer as well as the natural beauty and recreational opportunities that abound in northern Idaho.
After a fun day out on the lake or exploring the sites, settle into this roomy corner condo (about 1,400 sq. ft.). Fix yourself a drink and relax in a luxurious setting that includes lake and mountain views, gas fireplace, plush seating, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a DVD player for a quiet night with your favorite movie. Weather permitting, enjoy the lake breezes from the table out on the covered patio. Your stay also comes with access to the community clubhouse, swimming pool, volleyball court, and, for golfers, a boat shuttle for tee times provided by Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf.
This beautiful condo sleeps eight comfortably in its three large bedrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a luxurious king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two sets of bunk beds each with a single mattress. There are two full bathrooms beautifully appointed so everyone has room to get ready to go out or to get ready for bed.
This condo has a very well equipped kitchen, large enough to make a great meal for family and friends. There is plenty of counter space for all to gather. You'll find plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Serve your meals in the dining area or outside on the patio. The open space between the kitchen and the living room makes it the perfect place for all to get together and visit. A picnic area with a BBQ is within easy walking distance for those lazy summer nights when you don't feel like doing the dishes!
The Coeur d'Alene Lake region is filled with gorgeous landscapes and myriad things to do. The lake, of course, is a mecca for boat owners. There are also 87 parks and 47 hiking trails. Intrepid cyclists can tackle the 72-mile paved "Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes" bike path. And there's no place better for wildlife watching! Come in December and January and you just might see the spectacular sight of bald eagles feeding on the kokanee salmon that come to the area to spawn. Other sport fish in the lake include northern pike, crappie, channel catfish and bullhead.
Take a brunch cruise on the lake, or just a drive along Highway 97 that follows the coastline. Coeur d'Alene National Forest, Coeur d'Alene Parkway State Park, Heyburn State Park and Old Mission State Park are all within a few miles of the lake. Then there's Downtown Coeur d'Alene where you'll find shopping and dining with over 100 merchants in a six block area! Or, check out the local artists at the local Art Walk or, in season, enjoy a musical at the Couer d'Alene Summer Theatre.
Whenever you stay, this Arrow Point Condo is the perfect place to experience the beauty and diversity of the Coeur d'Alene Lake area!

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We really loved this spacious condo for our family. It was clean and in a beautiful location. The only drawback is that there are no amenities in the local area, you have to drive all the way back to Coeur D'Alene to get to a grocery store or restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!
This is a nice property in a beautiful location. A lot of the waterfront is only accessible by the other resort/club properties nearby, but the lakefront for this property is very nice. If we return, we'll bring some of our own inner tubes and water toys for the kids.
We have stayed at Arrow Point many times. This unit was updated & clean. It is a beautiful area & plenty to do. Just remember to bring your groceries....there is no restaurants close unless you are guests at Gozzer Ranch!
This is a beautiful, peaceful location. The swimming area is nice and clear . Great for kids and adults. There aren't really any amenities. A pool and a beach volleyball net. You can't use the restaurant or the "private " beach adjacent to the resort. Get groceries in Coeur d'Alene because there aren't any grocery stores or restaurant close by.
We met up with some family here in July and had a great time. This is a good spot, but you have to make sure you bring everything you need for the time you're there. It's a 30 minute drive to Coeur D'Alene, so if you forget anything, it's not a quick trip. The beach area is nice, just bring your own beach stuff (floaties, SUP, etc.) as there are no places to rent near by. There are nice chairs there and a volleyball court (but no Volleyballs). Overall we had a great time! The bike path (part of the rails to trails project) is accessible down in Harrison (30 minutes south) and is very extensive (75 miles long!).
