Newly Remodeled Clean And Well Furnished 1BD Room Condo

Located in 'The Heart of Waikiki' on Nohonani Street just minutes away from the world famous Waikiki beach!

The moment you walk through the lobby towards the 60's style tiki courtyard and swimming pool, you immediately feel right at home.

Just footsteps from your front door is everything Honolulu has to offer, casual dining, shopping, the New International Marketplace and the world famous azure ocean at Waikiki beach.

Walk or take a shuttle to hula shows, dinner cruises, tropical nature tours and many other exciting activities. You may never need a car except to visit Haleiwa on the North Shore or to go out for a around of golf.

Most of our guests are 'Return Guests' who like not only our tropical courtyard, re-tiled pool and S/S Gas Grill, but the perks of a well equipped kitchen and a condo where everything works and cleanliness is exceptional.

Over the many years our guests refer to us as 'This is the Waikiki Beach style of living that we prefer' as compared to the less personal high rises which surround Nohonani Street.

If you are looking for an ocean view, valet parking or other hotel features such as room service then this condo is not for you. On the other hand if you are looking at an excellent value, a unique experience in a 'Retro' vacation rental that is clean, comfortable and well furnished than look no further.

If you want to experience a little of 'Old Waikiki' in an excellent central location and work with owner who can be reachable for further assistant then look no further.

What makes this condo unique

Location, location and location. Besides an ideal location and an ideal location within the building on the Ala Wai (north) side upper floors for more light and breeze (trade winds).

The owner's spend extra time to insure proper sanitation and that there are no surprises at check in.

We cater to seniors and long extended stays and the condo is set up to handle extended stays.

There is a lounge bar located at our lobby area. They can get little bit noisier but the noise does not travel to this condo.

A perfect location, a great little home away from

This unit had been recently updated and was beautiful. The owner maintains her units personally and it was spiffy clean and neat. She lives in the building so, she puts the same close attention to the comfort and well being of her guests, though, in the background, never intrusive, Hopefully, I will be able to stay in one of her units my next visit to Hawaii. Whether it be 403 or some other unit she owns, I can expect the epitome of cleanliness and quality in any unit she owns. Thank you, Mana, for making my stay so pleasant!

fantastic condo

We enjoyed very much our stay in this condo. Apartment is located close to everything one needs for nice and relaxing vacation. The stretch of beautiful beaches is 5 minute walk from the condo.

Condo is spotless: clean, stylish, remarkably well kept. It has all necessities for long or short stay, fully equipped kitchen and beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board . On site laundry and barbeque are at the beautiful swimming pool. Also, we felt very safe and did not worry about leaving our valuables in our condo. We would recommend staying at this condo to anyone who would like to experience spirit and energy of vibrant city, and enjoy magnificent waters and the sun, without worrying about anything.

We are looking forward to coming again.

We just returned from 3 months in beautiful Waikiki. The weather was superb and our accommodations were wonderful.

As in past years, we stayed at a condo in the Hawaiian King owned and operated by Pat and Mana Winston located in the center of Waikiki.

The condo/hotel is within walking distance of all that Waikiki has to offer and only 2 blocks from our favorite part of the beach. It is located just across from the International Market Place and a short walk to dozens of great restaurants.

The condo is a 1 bedroom that is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a long vacation stay.

The condo is located on the quieter Ala Wai side of the building and has a nice spacious lanai. There are normally gentle trade winds to keep it at a comfortable temperature without use of the air conditioner.

The Hawaiian King has a nice quiet center courtyard/pool area great for Bar B Ques and get togethers with other tenants and makes for a great place for snowbirds like us.

We rate this condo 5 stars in all categories.

Photos Give Accurate Representation of This Condo

The Pictures shown for this condo give an accurate representation of the unit. The unit has been upgraded and is very clean. There are several extra nice touches like high quality cookware. Wi-Fi reception is excellent in the unit as the unit is placed close to the antenna. There is a built-in desk in the dressing area which is perfect for a laptop.(the only weak reception is on the backside lanai)

The building itself although old, is very well maintained with the pool deck area and a BBQ you can use.

I had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning again.

Located in the Heart of Waikiki behind International Market Place and 2 blocks behind the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. This 'Heart of Waikiki' condo called the 'Blue Lagoon Suite' is an area preferred by many Guests for its closeness and 2 blocks distance from everything from the ocean, buses, restaurants, easy access driving in/out of Waikiki and more. Close to many sites often preferred by the Waikiki Guest. This area of Waikiki is one of the last areas to be developed and still retains the feeling of 'Waikiki in the 1960's with several low rise buildings and good open and green landscaped grounds. This building is one of a shrinking number of low rises with an elevator and the sense of 'Old Waikiki' preferred by a segment of the Waikiki Bound Tourist.
