Another Dream offers the best tower views in Seaside perfect for sunrises and sunsets. This beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage with loft space offers spacious living areas, vaulted ceilings, surround sound system, and balconies galore!
Like townhome living, Another Dream offers main living spaces on the 2nd floor allowing you to enjoy beautiful town views from all the surrounding windows. These main living spaces include a full kitchen, dining for 6, and a family room with TV/DVD and surround sound system.
Spiral staircases take you both upstairs and down. Upstairs you'll find the open loft space with trundle bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. Also upstairs is the lofted queen master retreat complete with full bathroom/shower and private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Up one more flight of stairs is where you'll find both inside and outside seating to enjoy the very best Seaside cottages has to offer all from your own personal tower.
Downstairs (on the main level), the second guestroom with queen bed, french doors to porch living and a full bath complete this level.
Porches run the length of the house allowing you to enjoy the outdoors as much as the indoors with porch swings and outdoor dining space. Dreams do come true when you stay at Another Dream.

Another Dream has us dreaming of next visit. This was our family's (2 adults, 2 teens) first visit to Seaside and we were not disappointed. The cottage is located close to the center of Seaside with shops, market and restaurants. Only a short walk to the most beautiful beach in Florida. Perfect! (The chair & umbrella rentals from The Cabana Man were great.)
The cottage was clean and ready for our arrival. I agree with other reviews that the furniture should be updated. Its age is showing. The spiral staircase could be an issue for small children & elderly. It is the only way to the loft & second bedroom. If you are late sleepers you will want to make the downstairs your room. The second bedroom is private but has a balcony open to living area. The view from the top was spectacular! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning & cocktails at sunset. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring Seaside and neighboring Watercolor. No cars needed.
It was a pleasure renting from Sandpiper. Brenda was helpful with all our questions prior to our vacation. Check in and check out instructions were simple. We will be back!
Another Dream in one of my favorite cottages in Seaside. There are no negatives except the state of the furniture, artwork, other decor, etc. We last stayed here about 10 years ago. Nothing has changed. Given the value of the home I'd think the owner would invest a modest amount of money to do some minor updating. We still love it though and would stay in it again. The tower is one of the highest in Seaside and has incredible views of the town and gulf.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend! Place was clean and beds were comfy. Even the shower had nice pressure (seems rare in Florida)! Enjoyed the crows nest up top(and the view), swinging bench off the kitchen, and the short walk over to action in Seaside. If you don't mind spiral staircases (which we didn't) then you will have a great time here! We are definitely going to return soon! Cheers!
The property is really close the beach which was the best aspect of the house. The surrounding was very nice and quiet. The roof terrace area was a great place to watch sunset.
On the other hand, the property could do with some updating - some of the furniture and fittings were a little old and worn. Also, we would have liked to have been given better information regarding the local area including where to eat/drink etc...
On the whole a really nice place that I would consider visiting again.
The property is well located which was the only item that we liked about it. It is a very vertical unit that is only connected with a spiral staircase making it difficult to circulate thru the cottage. The great balcony view is on the fourth floor (where the spiral stairs get very narrow) which we used once - it does not really relate to the rest of the unit. Most importantly the unit was not clean - the master shower curtain was covered with mold, there was hair/dust on every ledge, the slip covers on the chairs/couch had brown dirt on them, the sheets were old and the bathroom tile was not properly cleaned/sanitized (my wife refused to walk around barefoot). The matress was so worn down that my wife and I ended up sinking together in the middle of the bed each night. The physical layout is probably comparable to most of the units in Seaside, but the un-cleaniness and outdated furnishings were completely un-acceptable at these prices. It reminded me of being back in College - not what I was expecting.
Close to beach on West Ruskin. Immaculate, big kitchen. We took the downstairs room as the master bedroom instead of taking the room upstairs. this worked out great since the kids could all be way upstairs and we could be down. There is a jacuzzi hot tub in a covered room on the back of he laundry room but it was not functional (and was not presented as such so we didn't even know it was there until day 3). Only caution I would have is that if you have small children or elderly, the spiral stair case (the only stairs), could pose a problem.
