Centrally located condo one block from beach and close to all Ft Laud shops/restaurants, Wilton Manor clubs and restaurants. Condo was recently renovated with new s/s kitchen appliances, granite countertops and is furnished with mid-century furniture in L/R and Hollywood Regency style in bedroom. Unit contains 2 split bathrooms for added flexibility - one bathroom has shower/sink and the other bathroom has sink/toilet. Both bathrooms were recently renovated with new sinks, toilet, marble tile. Floors are off-white terrazzo.

This is a home that is frequently occupied by the owner and, as such, may have some non-perishable food items in the fridge or kitchen cabinets or may have some owner's coats in the coat closet.....in full disclosure.

Building has rooftop deck on 18th floor overlooking ocean, Intercoastal waterway and all of downtown Ft. Laud. Amenities include heated pool and dedicated parking on the premises and full-size washer/dryer located inside the condo. Conveniently located 8 miles (12 min drive) from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Located next to beautiful Bonnet House Museum/Gardens.

More than 10 great restaurants within a short walk from the condo including: Casablanca, Shula's on the Beach, Living Room at the W Hotel, East End Brasserie and Village Café literally across the street.

Birch Tower Gem

We have stayed at this apartment for the past 3 years. It is fully equipped, and has a bright and airy living/dining/kitchen open concept area. It is within walking distance to the beach (one block), Publix, Galleria Mall, Water Taxi and many fabulous restaurants along the A1A. Short drive to Las Olas restaurant area and Commercial Blvd. Rob is very responsive when booking the rental and usually meets us upon arrival and/or departure. It is always a pleasure to meet up with Rob. The Birch is our home away from home.

Nice place, close to the sea

The apartment has everything what you need for living in there. It's clean and it's exactly as appears in the photos. Robert was efficient in answering and try to help us all the time. I highly recommend it.

very nice vacation

Clean, very well equipped, security personnel very polite, the owner was always available to answer our questions, by e-mail or by phone. I would recommend this property to a friend. Near beaches and restaurant, we enjoyed the BBQ near the swimming pool. Quiet place, nothing negative to say.
