Short walk to an amazing beach! Sleeps 2 adults...3 total, including a child.
A 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful crescent-shaped sandy beach fronting the famous Velzyland surf break. A 5 minute walk to the legendary Ted's Bakery. A 5 minute bike (two bikes provided) ride to the picturesque Sunset Beach.
Welcome to our little piece of paradise on Oahu's legendary north shore. Built in 2010 and furnished in late-2012, our studio offers a real rarity: new construction and new high-end furnishings in combination with an ideal north shore location...all for an affordable price!
Many wonder where the third guest might sleep. There are three options: (1) the leather sofa, (2) the twin sized air mattress, or (3) the outdoor lounge set on the covered lanai. The latter may sound unusual, but we've heard from guests who've done it and loved it.
Aside from the amenities you'd expect to find with most any rental, we provide many of the little things that many others don’t. Hot/cold outdoor shower, two beach cruiser bikes, imported furniture including an absolutely divine king bed, secure surfboard storage, beach gear, free WiFi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, a huge covered lanai featuring a big, cushy outdoor lounge...to name but a few.
If a tranquil, unique and authentically Hawaiian vacation – at an affordable price – is what you are after on your upcoming trip to Oahu, then our place is for you.

The apartment was very nice, updated, and clean. It had all the towels, dishes, and sheets needed for a stay. The lanai is large and a great place to sit and relax. Getting in was quick and easy.
You can get to the beach by crossing the street and using the public beach access or take short walk to the famous Sunset Beach. We also walked down to yummy Ted’s Bakery for breakfast every morning!
The place is on a nice street on the North Shore, just off Kamehameha Highway. The North Shore is a quiet, almost rural place. If you’re looking for nightlife, this isn’t it. It’s a long drive to Waikiki. But if you are looking for a laid back, relaxing time this place is wonderful. That being said, we did visit Waikiki, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, the Dole Plantation, and the Polynesian Cultural Center and other places during our stay and coming back to the North Shore at the end of the day wasn’t bad.
The place was everything we needed on vacation. It had the essentials and was located in a great spot! Close to great surf spots and food. We would definitely stay here again.
The easiest and most awesome stay!
Everything explained fully before arrival, well stocked with everything you could want or need, MASSIVE comfortable bed. Walking distance to sunset beach and amazing sunsets (as the name would suggest!) We will be back for sure!
Really nice place to stay on the North Shore. King size bed was comfy as was the inside sofa. Nice bonus was the outside area seating for relaxing. We will definitely be back since our son, wife and new granddaughter live only 5 houses away on the same street. Perfect, just a short walk to visit and babysit. Very large kitchen that we only used to make breakfast. Although we did not use outside shower or washer/ dryer it was nice to know they were there for our use.lots of drawers to store your clothes. No closet but 12” rod in bathroom to hang a few things. There were also some hooks. We did not need to hang anything since it is so casual you can wear shorts to even Turtle Bay. Fans worked well to quickly cool down the room. Very nice separate entrance.
Perfect North Shore Getaway
This North Shore gem was exactly what we were looking for - it’s spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need (full kitchen, laundry, etc). We highly recommend it!
Perfect Location for my vacation!
I enjoyed my new year vacation with this condo!
Condo is very clean and fully equipped.
Sunset beach is just few minutes walk distance.
Very good for surfer!!!
I would like to come again.
Oahu's famous north shore has many varied aspects and neighborhoods, and we feel that our Sunset/V-Land neighborhood is tops! Why?
(1) Proximity to amazing and nearly empty beaches. The beach directly across the street and which fronts the surfbreak V-Land, is as picturesque as they come and often has no more than a few people on it.
(2) Proximity to the north shore's most beloved eatery, Ted's Bakery. It's a 3-5 minute walk.
(3) Proximity to Turtle Bay's amenities: restaurants, bars, golf and horseback riding. It's a 5 minute drive.
(4) Proximity to the Polynesian Cultural Center, which is about a 15 minute drive.
