Why Nelson Emmons chose Harbor View / Orient Heights
We are close to all that Boston has to offer, either by car or public transportation.
What makes this Villa unique
The sheer size and location on Boston Harbor was one of the most attractive features that lured us to purchase the Villa. It's ease to public transportation connecting all the city has to offer without the need of a car, was a real game changer. The view from the sun porch and in the summer months having a glass of wine on the upper balcony is delightful while watching the planes come and go. It is similar to an orchestrated symphony.

Nice clean place in the heart of the city
We had a great time. The property is very close to the city in a safe neighborhood
Thank you for your careful consideration of our home. Come again when you get a chance.
Thank you very much!
Always a Pleasure!
I have stayed at this property for business but staying for vacation was much better! My family loved everything about having their own rooms and being in walking distance of either the train or restaurants like Belle Isle (seen on Anthony Bourdain). A bonus is that Nelson is an amazing artist so it was nice to take in the artwork museum style and picking some favorites. We already decided we will try to come back to Boston soon and this is where we will stay!
Wonderful to have some great people return and enjoy our wonderful city.
Super to see you again! Until the next time, all be well.
Loved the villa
We had a great experience with this home and owner. Plenty of space for the family, great location to travel from, and loved the sun porch. I would rent again.
Great house and great view
Wow, what a perfect place to stay in Boston! And the view....can’t get enough to sit back and watch the skyline of Boston and to see the planes landing. Easy way to get in Boston centre by subway...fast and cheap and 2 blocks walk from the house..
We really enjoyed your visit. It was a once in a lifetime event and we are pleased you could be a part of it.
The Cyber Painter
A Boston best-kept secret
Beautiful. Comfortable. Fully stocked for move in accessibility. Loved the views of the sea and the airport. Helpful information. Just a truly delightful home!
Wonderful, careful, respectful guests. Come back again anytime.
The property was very spacious...plenty of room for the 7 people we had. The view of the Boston sky line and bay was amazing. Though we were close to the airport, the noise was very minimal and it was fun to watch the planes taking off and landing. Great hosts...very accommodating!
We really enjoyed your visit. Responsible, respectful and all around great guests. Thanks and visit with us again.
