Closer to the sparkling water than anything else in the area! Fabulous west facing ocean front property in a small condominium complex. The best and most unique feature of this condo unit is its large patio overlooking the pool and the ocean. The unit has been recently updated with all new Silestone Kitchen, appliances, carpet, paint, travertine floors, 46' Sony Bravia TV, and granite wet bar. There is a park across the street that has two lighted tennis courts and a basketball court! The area is safe and clean with many upscale properties and many restaurants and shopping! This is a security building with limited access and a covered parking garage under the building. There is also outside parking for additional vehicles and guests. We love this place because of its location along the beautiful beach! Walk or run along the water in both directions for miles! Swim in the ocean and the pool! Walk to restaurants and bars, too! There is a Trolley that runs along Gulf Boulevard throughout the day and evening for a fun way to get around. The grocery store, pharmacy, and other shops are just a short distance down Gulf Blvd too! And for the real tourist in you, Bush Gardens is about 45 minutes away and Orlando is about 2 hours away for Disney World and Universal Studios! It's everything you want to have a great time in Florida!

Family owned vacation property right on the beautiful beach!
This is the first year we are renting the condo because the carrying costs are a lot of money and we can't use it as much as we hope to in the future. We live in Minnesota and really enjoy the times we can visit our condo getaway!

The best thing about this condo is its location in a very nice part of Redington Beach. There is a park across the street where we play tennis (lighted courts) and play basketball. We like to walk to dinner at several nearby restaurants and bars. There is a great mini-golf place just down the street a mile and the ocean is so close with its absolutely beautiful sunsets!
what a great time we had walking the beach in both directions for a couple miles every day. The Conch restaurant was right up the street with great food. Beautiful place with lots of living space. We will be back next year!
Our condo is right on the beach in an upscale area of condos and private beach front homes! There is a park across the street with two tennis courts and a basketball court. A convenience store and restaurant are also across the street within the same block! Take the Trolley down to St John's Pass for a day of shopping, water sports, and dining! There is also a fun Pirates' mini golf place with live alligators!
