Idyllic setting, Private and relaxing condo (Pine Cove # 102) with almost 2000 sq. feet of living space+ screened lanai overlooking pool and beach(150 ft from condo). We too WERE renters so Kathy and I have tried to make our place feel like HOME to you. We are providing 4 HDTV's with a 50 in LED(living room) and upgraded HD programming, unlimited U.S. long distance calling, High Speed wireless internet, pillowtop mattresses, french door refrigerator w/water filter, wet bar, outdoor grills,beach chairs, umbrella and beach buddy cart, all linens and beach towels, 2 under building parking spaces, screened lanai. 3 Bedrooms (King, Dbl/Dbl, Twin/Twin) with a Queen sleep sofa. About Steve & Kathy Hast

Since 1986 when my parents bought their Sanibel condo, I have been coming regularly to the island . Our year round home is in Pittsburgh,Pa., with Sanibel as our stress relief & getaway home. With the downturn in housing prices , Kathy and I were finally able to buy 'our dream condo' in June 2012. Being ex-renters, we believe we know what is desired when renting. We bought our Pine Cove condo because it was everything we wanted. Gulf front, beautiful views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and lanai. We face directly south so the pool gets sun all-day! (heated when needed) . Next to the pool is a hot tub . Plenty of chaise loungers around both the pool and hot tub. Privacy, our 12 unit building is surrounded by trees , flowers and beautiful vegetation. Within a mile are restaurants, a grocery store, movie theater , Ding Darling nature preserve and shopping.

Owner's Response: thank you Carole for staying with us and thank you for the kind remarks. During the week Carole had a problem with the cleaning that was done before her arrival and also the ice maker was not working. When i contacted her and she told me of these issues , they were addressed immediately. If you ever decide to stay at our condo PLEASE tell us if there is a problem , we ARE very pro active in making things right ,while you are still at the condo. Carole, hope to have you visit again .

Great set up

For 2 couples and 2 kids tough to beat the set up. I was worried about location next to public beach but was not an issue. The property is an ideal "small" property and much preferred to the larger properties with 40 or more units. Nice pool, hot tub and grills. The location is ideal as you're far enough west to see sunset and be away from the east end chaos but also just down the road from Bailey's and the farmer's market.

Lovely Location- great for family!

We loved our stay at Pine Cove #102. It is so beautifully decorated and all 6 beds are very comfy!! Having kids, we love that we can see the pool right from our lanai. The view of the Gulf from the lanai is a wonderful bonus! One unfortunate thing is that a grounds crew worker came by 4 out of 7 mornings at 7:15 or 7:30 AM. He/ she was using a loud blower that sounds like a siren. Thankfully our kids slept through each time, but it woke me and my husband up each of those days. Also, the back small bedroom is very moldy smelling, but thankfully, kids were only in there to sleep. The rest of the place is just lovely!!!

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo But very sorry you had the excessive noise from the lady in the upstairs condo vacuuming on the lanai every morning. As to the 3rd bedroom, the AC vent was closed by a prior renter. This caused mildew to form . The AC vent has been re-opened and all mildew removed. Paula, word of advice , when these problems are noticed , contact the rental office. WE actually are pro active in getting issues corrected quickly!

Great Condo

Over the years we have stayed at the Pine Cove complex six different times, and 102 is by far the nicest one.

The owner is great to work with and the condo has all the comforts of home. From the new appliances, furniture, awesome master bath, to the storage closet with all your beach needs!

We would definitely stay here again.

Sanibel Stay

Great location. Amazingly nice property. Owner was incredibly responsive (enough superlatives?). Specifically, I really liked the location - it was accessible to virtually everything, yet kind of secluded. The unit was very well-equipped with anything one could want/desire. TV's and stereo were great. Patio and pool were quite nice as well. If we had questions, the owner was immediately responsive. I would return in a minute (and that's not just because I'm looking outside at snow/ice).
