Beautiful property/Tidy and cozy interior
The warm wood interior is all cabin! The owners take great care in creating a welcoming and homelike atmosphere. They said there was no a/c which I did not think was a huge deal because we were in the mountains, but it does get toasty if you have a warm day. We spent most of our day hiking the AT and soaking in the mineral springs, so not a big deal. You will sleep comfortable with windows open and a fan.
Great place for the price!
Nice cabin with a big yard. Kids had a great time, which is key. There are a few negatives: barking hound dogs heard down the road, main road is very close (not many cars go by though), neighbor walks his dog in yard and let it poo without picking it up lol, "well stocked kitchen" was fill with expires foodstuffs. These are minor issues for $80 per night and we still had a great time.
Hot Springs Cabin
Very quiet and peaceful. About 30 minutes from nearest small town with restaurants. The cabin is stocked very well. Loved the fire pit by the creek.
Perfect for the two of us. Loved the stream running through it with the fire pit beside it.
The hiking was spectacular! The town of Hot Springs a short drive away has 4 restaurants. Our favorite one was Iron Horse Inn- great local trout. We had grrat massages at the Hot Springs Resort and Spa followed by a soak in the natural hot springs fed outdoor hot tub overlooking the river. Max patch is a must with its panoramic views. Just driving from place to place was gorgeous.
Great little cabin! Had everything we needed, including an amazing stocked kitchen (tea!! thank you!) and even board games. Was very cozy and comfortable, and I enjoyed the pretty property overlooking a stream. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect for our needs. Cozy and clean!
Recreation and relaxation. We loved our stay!
15 minutes to Appalachian Trail and Max Patch Bald. Many hiking trails in the area. 20 minutes to Hot Springs with restaurants, shops, spa and festivals
