Our condo has a spacious loft area with separate queen and twin beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room; which will comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. Our condo also comes with a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, living room area with open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, dining table, gas fireplace, private wireless internet, cable TV and covered parking. Our condo is close to the clubhouse with a community hot tub and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Outside the back-door is a rear deck with beautiful golf-course views.

Great little getaway spot

The condo was dated but completely functional and very clean. Like stepping back into the 70's but we actually though it was cool! The pool and hot tub were great, however the blonde pool attendant and property manager was quite rude. We loved discovering the Mine up the road, the Coal miners graveyard and its a great place to walk to main or ride bikes. Trail-heads all over behind the condo. Golf course view was awesome. right next to Marriott Mountainside and other great resorts. We will go again to this condo

good location - dated condo

price good, location good, but the condo is in need of an upgrade. not very comfortable. furniture dated. bedding dated. amount of room ok for 1 or a couple, but for 3/4 just too small. heating did not work in one bathroom. entry key hard to use. just one total comment, needs an upgrade.

Owner's Response: Our Three Kings townhome with a 1-BD Loft has a great location-- within walking distance to several ski lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort. The kitchen and furniture may be a bit dated in places, but our low rental rates more than compensate for the condo's quaintness. It is truly a bargain property--and being offered as just that --a bargain based upon price and location. That said, we offer clean rooms and condos--and fast friendly maintenance service if something should go wrong during your stay.

Annual Winter Visitor

The listing and photos were on the money. Unit was immaculate and had all necessary amenities.. Great location - very close to PCMR. If you have a car, underground parking is great when it snows. If not, it's very close to the bus. With or without your own wheels, this is a very convenient location. Probably will be a repeat visitor.

Three Kings building 5

The Three Kings is a great location close to the Park City Resort. The condo/townhome building 5 was clean and comfortable for two adults and two kids. The place was a little dated, but that was expected based on the price. The pool at the end of the day was a sweet touch and there were plenty of requested towels. Upon arrival we did not get to the unit until about 11:00 pm. White Pines Realty was good to work with, placing us at ease in the logistical process of keys, payments, and directions. If the snow is good, we will return.
