Snowblaze Unit #203: This is the largest 1 bedroom/2 bath unit on the second floor walk out level, meaning you just walk out the back door, up a few stairs and Park City Mountain Resort is just across the parking lot (see pictures for a visual). The access to the mountain is excellent without breaking your budget. Whether you're wanting fast, easy access to get the early powder shots or you're looking for that convenient place to sherpa all the kids (and all their gear) to the resort without a melt down-this is the place for you!

This unit is very spacious and can comfortably sleep up to 8 with one queen and two twin beds in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in the cub den, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. It's spacious floor plan has a wood burning fireplace and over sized jetted tub. At our convenient location, we have elevator access and underground parking, common laundry, as well as a year-round outdoor heated pool (great for the kids), hot tub and fire pit.

We have 47' flat screen TV in the living room, and a smaller TV in the bedroom.

This unit is very clean!

The newly remodeled lobby comes complete with a flat screen TV and leather furniture, and there is a gym and a laundry room on the first floor.

Snowblaze is just steps from the Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street where you will find all the after ski activities you want. The base of PC Mtn Resort offers ice skating and other family friendly activities. Walk to equipment rentals, lift ticket windows and the high-speed 'Pay Day' lift. Even closer is a Park City Transit shuttle stop, providing free transportation to Deer Valley Resort (five minutes) and the Canyons base area (ten minutes), Main Street, nearby grocery stores (though A-Fresh Market is only about a 10 minute walk away) and other retail stores.

Excellent Location

Spent 4 days skiing at PC and Deer valley, property was great, there is enough space for 8 people to sleep here with all the beds in the loft. Go right out the back gate and walk across the parking lot to the lifts and bus terminal. Would recommend for a family or small group. Owner was great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

Great location across the street from the mountain base, spacious, clean, outdoor hot tub, great value would definitely stay here again!

Only detractor- the wifi was pretty bad but that was probably a good thing as it kept us off our devices.

Great for a family

Excellent property, plenty of room and walk to the lifts. Short walk to fresh market for supplies. I would recommend this property.

Great location, plenty of sleeping space

This is a lovely, well-appointed condo, with enough room for up to 6 people to sleep, work, and socialize comfortably. The location's ideal, and the parking garage is a big plus. I only have two complaints: 1. I don't recall being informed that I'd need to bring extra towels if there were more than 4 people staying in the unit, and that's something that would've been good to know ahead of time. (It's possible that this was in the instructions and it just flew past me.) 2. The lack of wi-fi is a real problem. The instructions do warn that there's no wi-fi, but they also say that unsecured networks are available in the building, which is only semi-true. The signals from those networks are weak, and drops out spontaneously, making it difficult if a renter wants to do some work or watch a streaming video. Investing in a wi-fi connection would bump this property up from four stars to five.

Property was great. Everything was there and the facility was nice, too.

The apartment has no own internet router. So you need to find that someone sends unsecured. There were a couple of unsecured signals but there were either less than 50% of the time available or very unstable.

Also the pool needed some cleaning. Hot tub was good.

Everything else was very nice. Owners were very approachable.

This condo is located very close to Park City Mtn Resort (5 minute walk to the slopes). It is also a five minute drive from Deer Valley, and a ten minute drive from Canyons Resort. It is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and Main Street. Has a bus stop out front for the free transit system, so you don't even need a vehicle.
