Great location, just a short walk to the Village. Remodeled kitchen, NEW cabinets,NEW APPLIANCES plus many other upgrades throughout this unique unit to ensure a superb visit to Mammoth Lakes.

Located adjacent to Lake Mary Road and in the Winter free shuttle line to Canyon Lodge / Village allows all of the guests to fish, ski, hike or shop whenever and meet in the evening around the wood fireplace to share those many memories

Mammoth Lakes is located in a great location for year round activities

Winter brings the snow boarding crowd with along with the downhill skiing crowd who appear at dawn to hope to make tracks in the new snowfall. With a 100+ named ski trails and 3 lodges there is room and trails designed for everyone. Start at the Main Lodge with a hearty breakfast, ski Broadway and follow the signs to Canyon Lodge for a hot chocolate and head over to the Eagle Lodge area for a quick lunch or just to rest those aching muscles. Continue back to the Main Lodge and ski another set of runs and you have traversed the whole of Mammoth Mountain.

Spring bring a assortment of winter like weather and even many a very warm day. Spring conditions allow shirt sleeves and tan exposed skin with a hint of afternoon slush. Traditionally Easter breaks bring the young college crowd but the rowdiness stops at nightfall especially when the conditions are great and a early run is scheduled.

Fishermen also try to get in a few trips to catch the prized trophy trout but sometimes Mother nature leaves them with ice fishing and nothing but memories of the 'one that got away'

Summer has the mixture of outdoor sports including downhill mountain biking, hiking, fishing or visiting the numerous festivals scheduled throughout the Summer months. There is the renowned Jazz Festival, the Blueapolozo, the 4th of July Parade and Art show plus the Crowley Lake firework show (pristine skies enhance the colors and the show is spectacular).

Fall brings weather that is very changeable and varied. Warm fall days and become snowy evenings and a Fall fishing trip could bring on a ice fishing trip. The cool evening does allow Mother nature to put on a show of red maples and golden Aspens through the June Lake and Rock Creek areas.

Do come to visit Mammoth ANYTIME of the year. There are activities for everyone throughout all of the seasons.

We have really enjoyed your condo. It was clean and well equipt. Everything was as advertised, yes there was a hair dryer. The shuttle right out front was very convenient. Snow was perfect, sky was blue and the jacuzzi was hot......Life is good.

We love this unit. Just needs a new key system and blinds broken

We love this property.

The only problem is the key box can be difficult and dark to input numbers. We have stayed at some condos with a better modern keyless code. We are scared to lose a key and be charged 50$.

The bedroom blind has been broken and is unuseable so that needs to be fixed as well as the dishwasher cover is pulling off.

Besides those small things, we love this unit.

Pipes need to be fixed!!

this was the second visit where we had issues with plumbing. the pipes froze and caused a plumbing back-up (in the first floor condos). i was told on friday night not to use 2 of the 3 bathrooms in the condo we stayed in because of the problem. i was also looked at for the blame of the pipes backing up, prior to management figuring out it had froze over. having been targeted for the problem, and only being able to use 1 bathroom the rest of the weekend was troublesome.

i hope the plumbing could be resolved for future residents.

Great all around

I've organized an annual trip to Mammoth the past few years, and have always stayed at Crestview. The units are spacious, clean, and well stocked (including condiments for cooking, coffee filters, etc). We've always gone through Nancy @ Getaway2mammoth and her service has always been above and beyond. I highly recommend giving this property some consideration for your next trip!

Cozy and Convenient - a Few Suggestions

This unit is about 1/4 mile or so from the Village. Its along the blue line shuttle, which stops right out of the complex. The unit is rather small, but a perfect fit for a family of 4. The unit is clean and convenient, and the covered parking is great if it snows. You won't have to dig out your car and you can put the chains on in the garage.

The kingsize mattress in the master needs replacement - it has more humps and valleys than the slopes after a long day of use. It was just miserable to sleep in. Same for the bunks - our girls complained about how uncomfortable they were because of valleys and bumps.

For some insane reason, the check-out time is 10:00 a.m. which seems to be a common problem in Mammoth. Regular hotels allow at least an 11 or 12 noon check-out. There isn't any rationale reason for this check out time other than the owners may want to flip the unit for a new renter later in the day and they want to clean the unit. Since check in is at 4:00 and the unit doesn't need more than an hour or so worth's of cleaning, there isn't a need for such an early check-out in our opinion.

There are other locations in Mammoth that we will try before coming back here, but we would consider this unit again if the owner would replace the mattresses. Otherwise, we'll go elsewhere.

Renter input is very important and you can be assured that this important item will be taken care of and replaced. In regard to the later checkout: There is no guarantee of a late check out. When guests contact me the day before arrival,. they are always given a later checkout unless other guests are arriving that same day. The location of this unit is a great asset plus the underground parking helps when snow is falling during the Winter months. Also using the FREE shuttle makes the trip seem effortless and more relaxing for all. July 2011 The King Bed has been replaced, ! ENJOY You can be assured of a restful nights sleep in this unit for ANY future visit to this clean, convenient unit with luxury linens, hotel quality shampoos etc..
