Our beautiful Naples home is perfect for relaxing by the private pool or venturing down to the white sandy beach.
The home is tastefully decorated throughout and has a brand new fitted kitchen with high end appliances to match. The 3 full bathrooms are newly tiled with granite tops and large shower enclosures.
If you want to relax and enjoy your time at home then this house has everything you need to make your vacation perfect. If you want to sample the many restaurants & shopping malls of Naples then we are only minutes away. The world famous ' Mercato' shopping mall is within 1 mile and has everything you need for a great night out.
Fishing, golf and tennis is very close by, the zoo and waterpark is only 15 mins drive as is the local cinemas, theatres and museums.
Our pool area is bright and sunny and large enough for six loungers to fit comfortably around, enabling you to soak up all of the florida sunshine. It also has a covered barbecue & seating area for you to sit and relax.
Our pool has a salt water system that is kind to the skin which makes it great for those people that find chlorine systems to harsh. The water temperature is kept at a constant 80 - 85 degrees for a comfortable swim which heating is included in the price. We keep it at this temperature and not above as it causes algae which is harmful for the pool and costly to treat.
There's not much else I can say about the house apart from the fact that I'm sure you'll have a wonderful stay and we look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to ask any questions that have not already been answered.

The pool area is screened and has a 6ft high gated privacy fence.
Mick & Sue moved to Naples in 2009 and have loved every minute of our time here. Our 2 children go to the local school and we try to involve ourselves in all the local sports and activities. We are also volunteers for the local disabled & sick children charity 'Freedom Waters' and try to get involved as much as possible.
Mick Lawrence purchased this house in 2010
We chose Naples Park because it is a lovely family neighborhood. We live within a mile of the Villa and it's convenient for us to look after & maintain.
Tranquility, friendly neighbors and beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach but also has the convenience of being close to shops & restaurants.
Palm Villa is an outstanding base from which to explore Naples--close to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnore Wiggins Pass state park, upscale shopping and dining at the Mercado. But you might not want ever to leave the lanai with its great pool and spa. Property is clean, with up to date appliances and furnishings. It's very close to Rt. 41, which leads to convenience in getting around, but sheltered from highway noise. The only sounds we heard were New Year's Eve fireworks. The owner, Mick, lives close by and is friendly, helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property for a Naples rental. Worth every penny!
We stayed at this property for 3 weeks over the summer and would gladly stay again. It is a short walk to a major food market, shops, cinema and pub. It is easily accessible from Miami airport and a short drive to all major tourist attractions.
The house was clean upon our arrival. I agree with previous comments in that the pool was fantastic, we too spent many days sitting out on the deck and swimming.
I was a little concerned about booking accommodation over the internet, especially as we could not see what we were renting but we had nothing to worry about and the e-mail communication we had with Mick gave us reassurance....sometimes you just have to take a gamble and without reviews it would even be more difficult!
We stayed at this property for 3 weeks over the Christmas period and would gladly stay again. First, it is in a fab location. It is a short walk to a major food market, shops, cinema and pub. There is a small store just around the corner where you can walk to get the morning paper (which we did each morning). It is easily accessible from the airport and a short drive to all major tourist attractions.
Mick (the owner) was fantastic. The house was very clean upon our arrival and with the instructions provided we had no difficulty in making ourselves at home. It was furnished with pretty much everything we needed for our stay and had the benefit of child safety alarms on the door so our young son could not exit to the pool area without setting off warning chimes (these could also be turned off if you don't have kids). The pool was fantastic, we spent many days sitting out on the deck and swimming.
It is a decent but pleasant walk to the beach and with the pass provided there was parking if you didn't feel like walking. This was a huge bonus as we spent a lot of time at the beach (which was pristine and well cared for).
The house is nicely furnished and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we were in heaven! If you are looking for a nice family property in Naples - this is the place.
My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks in early Dec. 2011. This home has been tastefully updated, is well appointed and clean. The Master is very large with an awesome tray ceiling, large walk-in closet, double doors to screen lanai and has a very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. The split floor plan allows for convenient "separation" from the kids or other couples if traveling with friends. The 3rd bathroom which is accessible from both inside the home and the Lanai is great setup. Nice living areas and dining areas and top end kitchen complete the experience. The salt pool was fabulous! The neighborhood is nice and although close to Tamiami Trail, we could hardly notice the traffic. Easy access to everything you came to Naples for. Owner is local, easy to contact and is quite the handyman, (he fixed the brakes/wheel on one of the 2 provided bikes, with a simple phone call!
We stayed in this beautiful house last april and are looking very much forward to stay at the Palm Villa next spring again!
Lovely property, very well maintained with high specification fixtures and fittings (the pool was fantastic). Stayed with our two teenage daughters in August 2011, had a great time, very close to beach (the pass was very useful), shops and restaurants. On the map the villa looked quite close to the main road, but even sitting outside it was very very quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful time in Naples. Recommend Cheesecake Factory and Millers Ale House (especially Friday bike night)
We offer a free boat ride (on request) to see Naples from the sea. It is truely a wonderful sight riding through the backwaters to Wiggins Pass. The wildlife is spectacular and if you are lucky, Dolphins will swim alongside our boat.
