I have over 20 years experience in the multifamily property management field, managing large assets. Having rental property of my own is second nature. I am a perfectionist and avoid short cuts in construction or renovation projects. This structure meets all new building codes even though it was built in 1922.
The Owner purchased this cottage in 2000
Dunedin was rated in the top 5 places to retire and invest in real estate by Money Magazine in 2000. The purchase was considered a long-term investment.
We just spent the month of January in the carriage house and it was great. Had everything we needed. the owner was really nice and helpful. It was close to everything we wanted to do but was located in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definately recommend this rental.
I was in town due to a family emergency, and needed a place where I could settle in for awhile, take care of arrangements, and still get some work done. The carriage house was fantastic. It's a very well organized (and immaculately clean) small space. It has a full kitchen, and a lovely private patio with a gas grill. It was perfect - I could make health meals, and not eat out every day. I stayed two weeks, and the best part of my stay was the owner, Jacquie. Sometimes, you meet incredibly kind people just when you need a little kindness in your life. If I go back, I will definitely stay here again.
This is Avery comfortable and well maintained studio. Has everything you need. It is quiet and relaxing and close to quaint downtown and the water. I would recommend highly.
Yes, it is small but it was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. Lots of storage, off-street parking, private patio, dishwasher, and laundry room are features we appreciated. The location was perfect - close to the Pinellas Bike Trail, Downtown, and the water. The owner was helpful and friendly. We hope to stay again.
